Beautiful Beulah Lakehouse

Welcome to the Beulah Lakehouse! We are a 3 bedroom, 2 (full) bath newly renovated and decorated 1,850 square foot house which accomodates 11 people and is only 1 house off of Beulah Beach on beautiful Crystal Lake. The large dining room and living room accommodates everyone comfortably. We are located within a short walk to the shops, restaurants, coffee shop and the brewery in the Village of Beulah. Frankfort (and all it offers) is 15 minutes away and Traverse City is only a 40 minutes drive. There are numerous beautiful golf courses in the area, the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes are only a 20 min. drive and the Pointe Betsie Lighthouse is only 15 minutes away. We have a watersports shop within walking distance (bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.) to enjoy the lake or our amazing hiking/biking trails or you canoe or tube down the Betsie River. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped so that you can enjoy many memorable meals. We have a patio table in the fenced in backyard and a Weber gas grill. Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon beverage or read a book on our front porch. Enjoy a nice bonfire in our new fire pit. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach stay or want to take in the sights of the surrounding area, the Beulah Lakehouse is the perfect place this summer and fall.

The house was absolutely beautiful and conveniently located near restaurants and the beach. The rooms were clean and the house was well maintained. And the kitchen was amazing! We are already are planning a visit next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous lakehouse! The house was clean, cozy and had plenty of room for my family of 6. It also was in a perfect location that allowed us yo walk to a variety of restaurants and beautiful Crystal Lake! The host was easily reachable, friendly and everything went smoothly with checkin and checkout. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Rental

The house is decorated very nicely, super clean, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location couldn’t be any better. It’s walking distance to all the restaurants, cute shops, Crystal Lake, and the Bestie Valley Trail. Check in and check out were super easy and Pam provides great quick communication.

Excellent Location

You won't find a better location! This home is located less than a 5 minute walk to 3-4 restaurants, right across the street from a brewery, and a short walk to the beach as well as many Crystal Lake access points. The home is very well taken care of and is the perfect set-up to relax on your vacation. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and a bonfire in the front yard in the evenings. It is a less than a 10 minute drive to 3 very enjoyable golf courses as well. We have loved using this home for our summer golf trip to Beulah for the past several years and look forward to continuing to do so!

The owner was spectacular. Great instructions, excellent communication, truly ideal locayion next to town. The home layout was ideal with a very large table, the kitchen et all had everything you would need, and the home was immaculate. Highly recommend this property for a vacation in Beulah, MI

Perfect Location

Very clean and well taken care of home. Host is easy to communicate with. The location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown Beulah and a few steps away from Crystal Lake. There are 3 golf courses within a 5-minute drive, making this an excellent location for a golf trip. We look forward to being back every summer.

Fantastic Location

This home in Beulah was perfect for our family. We walked to the beach daily. It's located near nice restaurants and quant shops. It was a short drive to all we love to do in Benzie County, such as Old Indian trail and Point Betsie. It is very roomy and was very clean.

Classy Accommodations in Beulah

My extended family and I were blessed by the many "little things" our hostess provided that made us feel like we were "home away from home," from the dishes and tools provided in the kitchen to the tasteful and fun artwork, from towels and sheets and plenty of pillows of many sizes and shapes to a large dining table where we were able to share family meals, from the beautiful setting (so near Crystal Lake) to the friendly neighbors, from the quick responses of our host family to the welcoming letter which clearly shared where we could get food, supplies, and how to check in and out...we loved our stay and would choose this house again if we find ourselves in Beulah, Michian.

Great summer spot

Really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, and the few options for food and some shops that were open during the day. There was a great coffee and breakfast spot as well down town. There were plenty of beds to accommodate the group. Also, the neighbors were very friendly and were kind to allow us to unload cars in the dividing street since parking was a bit of a juggle. The only concern I had of the property were the stairs with young kids. The rails were wide enough for them to slip through on the second floor, stairs were slick, and the lack of a hand rail at the end caused a couple falls. The beach is public and the dock is not separate though it’s shared/private use. I’m not sure I caught that in the description before booking. I would come back, but not with kids.

Perfect house for us and awesome location!

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The house was very clean. The family room had a cozy cabin feel. There was plenty of room to spread out. Checking in and out was so easy. The owner is quick to respond with any questions. You can see Crystal Lake from the backyard. A small public beach is right there which was perfect! The house is on the main strip of the little town of Beulah. You can walk to little shops and restaurants from the house. We would definitely rent this house again!

Convenient Location

The house was clean, stocked and ready for us. We love biking so the convenience of the Betsie Valley Bike Path behind the home was perfect. The restaurants were all delicious that we tried and within walking distance. Great location and we would highly recommend.

Best trip ever!!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. So much bigger than expected. The pictures do no justice. Very clean and more than enough towels and blankets to accommodate. Being able to wake up and look out the widow and see Crystal Lake was a great way to start the day. Located on the main strip of a quiet little town with very little tourists but also minutes away from Frankfort right on Lake Michigan. Overall it was an amazing experience for my entire family and will definently be coming back.

Great Property

This property was exactly as described. Very cute property and awesome location. Well kept, clean and tidy. We had plenty of room for all 8 of us and we loved the size of the dining room table for family dinners. The beach/lake was 1 min walk behind the house and provided for amazing sunset views. So many things to do nearby and we did a day trip to Traverse City and Sand Dunes. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Quick Weekend Getaway

This house was amazing!! The location was spot on! You are literally across the street from the brewery and able to sit on the front porch with your morning coffee or evening cocktail and people watch while your littles play in the front yard. The front yard is very large and the street not very busy at all. Restaurants are literally within feet of your front door and two large grocery stores about a mile away that have almost anything you can think of that you may need. The water is only a short 1 minute walk out of the backyard. The boat launch is right there and the private dock is 4 places down from the boat launch where you can sit in the sand or on the dock. Inside the house was beautiful, 3 bedrooms, master downstairs with queen bed and 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 double and one with 3 singles. The house has plenty of room for a large group along with along with a gas BBQ in the back, patio seating in the backyard to have dinner outside and plenty of kitchen supplies for whatever you need. There are stairs to the upstairs but a gate was added to make sure the littles don't go up or down. I had spotty cell reception (ATT) but my husband had service while we were there (Verizon). We both hooked up to the wifi and had no issues. When arriving, just note the parking fo the home is in the back of the house, so you do need to go around the corner to park in the garage/driveway. There also is street parking in front of the house but that usually had a few folks parking there who were heading to the restaurants. Definitely recommend the home and will be returning.

Great house, great location

Absolutely no complaints about the property, everything was as advertised. Very cute home with a tremendous location. A 1 minute walk to the beach and an easy drive to a whole lot of nearby attractions. Great family home that had plenty of space for all of us. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

We purchased this "cottage" when our daughters were babies. It has been evolving from a paneled, outdated cottage with an overgrown yard to our beautiful Beulah Lakehouse. We spent all our summers here until the girls got out of college. Those were the happiest summers for our family. We and our many guests enjoyed the sweet Village Of Beulah and the surrounding areas. There’s so much to do from the many local coffee, shops, ice cream, shops, restaurants, hikes, beach walks, a fire on the beach at Point Betsie Lighthouse, the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, and, of course, beautiful Crystal Lake and Lake Michigan. We hope that you can have a taste of our Beulah Summer for the time that you are our guests.

We are so proud of the recent renovations to the Beulah Lakehouse (updated and newly renovated kitchen) and numerous updates throughout. Also, I have enjoyed giving the exterior a fresh look with a fresh paint job and some new landscaping. Please enjoy our adorable front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee , an afternoon read, an evening cocktail or an evening fire. There is a roller blind on the porch. We are steps away from the quaint Village of Beulah with all that entails: coffee shop, bagel/deli, restaurants, sport shop (kayak, bike and stand up paddle board rentals, Five Shores Brewery) but most importantly, we are one house off of beautiful Beulah Beach on Crystal Lake. Just steps away from the beach, boat ramp, T-Dock (great fishing) and the most exquisite lake. Crystal Lake is spring fed (crystal clear).

The unique benefit of staying at the Beulah Lakehouse is that we are centrally located to so many activities (wineries, breweries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, the port town of Frankfort which is only 15 minutes away, Pointe Betsie Lighthouse (15 minutes), and Traverse City, Lake Michigan). There are numerous nearby golf courses, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails. We are 15 minutes from Lake Michigan.
