The Les Plattières residence is on the edge of the slopes. You just need to take the red Aigle slope to reach the main departure point of the ski lifts.
To access the shopping center, take the inclined elevator in the residence next door (about 50m) or by road, walk for 700m. The nearest shuttle stop is located next to the shopping center: "Châtelet" stop.
