Spacious Modern House, Beautiful Deck/Patio Overlooking Golf Course & Mountains

We bought this second home to be able to visit nearby family. When we're not using it, we want to share it with others.

The first floor's large open-floor-plan kitchen, living room and dining room allow easy circulation and plenty of light, with high ceilings and a large fireplace creating a feeling of comfortable elegance.

The second floor's four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite and one shared) ensure a comfortable night's sleep and quiet privacy any time.

The basement den with french doors opening onto a back patio and the spacious, open attic provide plenty of space for the younger members of your group to make noise without disturbing the rest of the house.

There's plenty of space, inside and out, to host gatherings. Cook a family meal in our well-equipped kitchen, then carry it directly out to the deck. Gather the whole group around the patio table overlooking the golf course and the mountains beyond. Then retire to the fire pit to roast s'mores as as the sun sets.

One bedroom on the first floor, a walk-in kitchen pantry and the unfinished portion of the basement will be closed off from guests. But the rest of the house will provide plenty of space for your group.

All linens and bedding provided. We provide beach towels so that bathroom towels can stay in the house.

The kitchen has all essential appliances, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender and microwave. There are plenty of various sizes of pots and pans for all your cooking needs.

We provide all basic household essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and tissue boxes.
