Just a few minutes from downtown Troyes and the outlet malls, and 20 km from the Forêt d’Orient Lakes and the Champagne vineyards, come stay in this small 1950s townhouse. You’ll appreciate the enclosed garden and the proximity to all amenities (public transportation and shops nearby). On the first floor, you’ll find an entryway with a coat closet, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sitting area and a flat-screen TV, and a separate half-bath. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a single bedroom (with a single bed), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and sink. Outside, you’ll have access to an enclosed garden with a patio, patio furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. You can park one vehicle in the courtyard, and street parking is also available. The beds will be made upon your arrival, linens (dish towels, tablecloth) will be provided, and utilities (heating and electricity) are included in the price of your stay. Pets are welcome (a €150 pet deposit will be required).
