* Very natural, it benefits from a double view of the Gulf of Ajaccio (from the 2 terraces, the solarium, the swimming pool and 2 bedrooms), is fully air-conditioned, has many amenities (8*4m swimming pool of its own, optional heating; 2 mountain bikes, ping-pong table, free tennis of the condominium, garden with trees..) and located at the top of a cul-de-sac

-Typical Mediterranean villa of 180m² with double sea views (city of Ajaccio and Porticcio beach) and mountain views behind.

-4 bedrooms (3 doubles + 1 mezzanine with 6 beds, one double if needed)
+F2 on the garden level as an option (with a 5th double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed); never rented separately.
-2 magnificent terraces, one of which is shaded by reeds, with a view.
- Garden of 1200m² (olive tree, palm tree, yuka, apricot tree...).
-Reversible air conditioning (air conditioning / heating).
-High-speed Wi-Fi from an orange box.
-Possibility to have the car (Kangoo) as an option

* Passenger access:
10 minutes from Ajaccio airport.
20 minutes from the port of Ajaccio by car (10 minutes by the maritime launch to the center of Porticcio and its shops, 900m from the villa).
4 adjoining parking spaces including a garage with direct access.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday (with exceptions).

COMMENTS from previous tenants:
- Jacob (October 2023): We were picked up by the nice neighbor when we arrived at the train station and driven to the port at the end! Also, we were allowed to rent the car by the week. The house is in a great location, is spotless, especially the kitchen is very well equipped and there are beautiful beaches in the area. It was a quiet and relaxed holiday.
