PROPERTY MAIN FEATURES

THE APARTMENT

- A spacious living room welcomes you with its lounge area, its large smart TV and its direct access to a small terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs.

- The kitchen, modern and very well equipped (Delonghi coffee maker, oven, large number of utensils, complete kitchenware), is semi-open to the living room (practical for entertaining).

- The two bedrooms (both with TV, air conditioning, 160cm bed and large dressing closet) open directly onto the living room. (Please note: one of the two bedrooms does not have windows but has a glass canopy/partition which allows it to get some light from the other one next to it).

- The bathroom is spacious, all in marble, and featuring a large shower and a laundry area (washing machine and dryer).

- Important note: the living room and one of the bedrooms overlook an interior courtyard, so these two rooms are exposed to neighbors’ view on the other side, however, they are equipped with shutters and curtains to block the view and preserve privacy.

In short, this apartment, ideally located in downtown, offers you a very comfortable setting and quick convenient access to all the popular points of interest Cannes has to offer!

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without elevator.

There is no parking included with the apartment rental. You can contact us to book a parking pass at the nearest public parking (the Lamy parking) a few meters away from the apartment building.

CHECK-INS AND CHECK-OUTS

Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
An extra charge of 35 Euros is applied for assisted arrivals after 8 pm. Arrivals after midnight are self-service via a key lock box located in front of our office at 85 Avenue Maréchal Juin, in Cannes.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find several restaurants on the Place Commandant Lamy and at the upper end of the Rue d'Antibes, as well as shopping options for your daily needs such as a small supermarket (two streets further), a bakery, a hairdresser, a beauty parlor, and more...

You will reach downtown Cannes (the “Golden Square”) in less than 5 minutes on foot, the famous Croisette seafront in less than 8 minutes, and the iconic Palais des Festivals within about ten minutes.

A 20-minute walk will take you to the cobblestone alleys (very lively in the evening) and the medieval district of Le Suquet, a must-see part of Cannes.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
