Private Stay in Grand Rivers, Minutes From Kentucky Lake and I-24/I-69

Nice, clean place to stay for a family, group of friends, or a couple's getaway that is 10 minutes from Patti's 1880's Settlement, several marinas including Green Turtle Bay & Lighthouse Landing as well as both Kentucky Dam & Barkley Dam. Land Between the Lakes is a short 15 minute drive. If fine dining, shopping & entertainment are what you're after, Paducah is about 20 miles away. Fisherman, boaters, and hunters are welcome!! Plenty of parking to accommodate boat trailers. We are 3 miles from I-24.

Pets are more than welcome! However please note that if it’s obvious that pets were allowed on furniture (scratches, excessive dirt, hair, markings) a separate pet damage fee will be assessed. We do ask that all pets be kept in the large fenced in area behind the home when they are outside. We have a large dog who will jump my fence if he sees other animals. While he has played well with other large dogs, I fear he could hurt a smaller dog or cat due to his size and energy!

Smoking is allowed on the property, but not inside. I prefer that you smoke away from the doors so that smoke does not seep in. If you are smoking on the porches, just please make sure the doors are closed.
