Located in the Theater District and just across the street from the historic Alabama Theater and Lyric Theater. This incredible loft is beautifully decorated and has a very large private rooftop terrace with multiple sectionals and over-sized farm table for outdoor dining. Many award winning restaurants nearby, coffee shops, or walk to Railroad Park or Regions Field. Locals please provide additional information about stay and guests. We DO NOT allow parties or unregistered guests.

Beautiful loft exactly as pictured. Would be happy to stay again. Huge deck perfect for large family gathering. Only thing to note is the lack of kitchen appliances so don't plan on cooking here.

We were moved to another unit in the same building so can’t comment on this one specifically. The location was convenient and within easy walking distance to civil rights sites, restaurants, and downtown. The garage parking was great and we enjoyed the loft style and decor. It was spacious and well appointed.

Great Spot

Very nice downtown loft. Very clean and outfitted with everything you need. Walking distance to some great restaurants downtown. Property manager was very responsive. Would stay there again if back in Birmingham

Perfect location for theater events

Great location for the Lyric and Alabama theaters. Just walk downstairs and across the street. This is our 2nd time staying in this building and it was a great visit. Huge rooftop deck with lots of outdoor furniture. Looking forward to our next visit.

Patio Loft for the win

We stayed with a couple friends of ours to enjoy some golf for the weekend. After going out the first night for food, we ordered in the rest of the weekend because that patio was too great! Awesome spot, so relaxing, and a perfect compliment to an incredible space.

Great loft

This loft has a wonderful layout, a great vibe very comfortable. Everything you need. We were here for a basketball tournament at the legacy arena. Everything was in walking distance. Very clean, comfortable beds safe parking spot a big plus in owner was very responsive and helpfulh would definitely staygarage

Beautiful loft!!

We just loved this property! Such a cool loft, beautifully done. The roof deck is huge, like seating for 20! Property mgmt was great to deal with, super quick to respond to the one minor issue we had (which was not their fault). Highly recommend!!

In town for National Conference

The property was more than we expected. It happened to be centrally located from several of our meeting venues, including right across the street from the Alabama Theater and the Science Center. We walked from the loft to many of our destinations for lunch, dinner and meetings at the JBCC. The host was easy to talk with and very accommodating with some special requests that made our stay even better. We would highly recommended this loft to anyone traveling to BHAM.

Loved It!

We loved staying in this loft. We came into Birmingham for the IndyCar races and wanted to have a place that it would allow us to experience both the race track and downtown Birmingham. We found every single thing we could have possibly ever needed had been thought of by the hosts. Communication was easy. The rooftop deck makes this a million dollar property.

Lux and Locale

This property is exactly as listed…it’s beautifully decorated, spacious and the exposed brick wraps you in wisps of history! I loved all of the Birmingham photographs and artistic touches…and the VIEW from the windows and PRIVATE balcony…that Alabama marquee lit up at night is spectacular! The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, soft and smelled great. The owners supplied several small amenities like coffee, plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, light snacks, a first aid kit, hairspray, etc…Communication was quick, friendly and efficient through the VRBO email. The location…PHENOMENAL!!! We were able to walk all over downtown Birmingham…it’s 500 feet from Pizitz Food Hall and TJ Towers (which houses Root and Revelry), a three minute walk to Revelator Coffee…and so much more! Plus, there’s a garaged space for one vehicle so there’s no worrying about paying for city or public parking. Very convenient!!!! The private elevator was so convenient for loading and unloading luggage…it is slow but that was no big deal. Overall, I felt this loft elevated our Birmingham vacation. I loved it!

Perfect

Stayed for our daughters wedding it was the perfect location the garage and outdoor deck was a plus! The unit is beautiful with the Alabama and Lyrics sign visible out the window. Nice large sectional sofa and the king bed is very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect getaway

From the gorgeous decor to the beautiful rooftop seating area this loft is everything. My boyfriend and I wished we never had to leave because every bit of the place was perfect in every way and we fell in love with every feature. Rebekah was incredible and so accommodating. I wish I could give this property 10 stars, we’re already planning on trying to book again the next time we’re in birmingham.
