This cute costal inspired 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect for your family vacation! Enjoy the cozy yet open floor plan of this home the minute you step inside. Take a dip in the screened in saltwater heated pool anytime of day. Bistro lights across pool makes for a perfect ambiance to enjoy swimming, grilling at night with the family. You will love the convince of docking your boat and having your own private pool all right outside.

Upon walking into the open living and dining area you will be drawn to the large picture window looking out to the pool and canal area. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils for a great family meal. The live edge wood dining has seating for 6 guest and an additional two bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. The guest bedroom has two full/ double beds and the master bedroom has a king size bed. Our den contains a twin over twin trundle bed, perfectly suited for children. (Den area has no door). Wi-Fi and basic cable TV are included. All bedrooms, den and enclosed patio have smart TV's. A hall bath and master en suite round out the spaces in the home.

An inviting enclosed patio with comfortable patio furniture and a smart TV is the perfect space for a morning coffee or afternoon drink. Easily watch the children play in the pool or fish of the dock while staying in the shade. Feel like getting wet? Our pool is the perfect spot to cool off after a hot day or to take a warm dip in the winter. Heated (electric) in the winter months and salt chlorinated!
We provide kayaks & paddleboards for our guest to explore all the wonderful nature around Crystal River. Or try your hand at fishing right off the dock out back. You will find the charcoal grill in the shed out back.
There is also a finished-in garage with access to the washer and dryer, and there is plenty of room in the driveway for two vehicles and a boat trailer. Please note, there is no parking in the garage, grass, or street.

Manatee and Dolphin come up to the dock frequently to visit. Sail-fin Catfish, Sheepshead, trout, Red Snapper, Snook and Red fish are some the fish that can be found in the area. To see or catch them for sure we recommend a tour or fish charter. Boat rentals are also available at nearby Twin Rivers Marina.

SCALLOPERS!!! We all love scalloping!! Crystal River offers one of the few remaining areas to scallop in Florida during the summer. Crystal River has the best Scalloping grounds in the US. and the best action is usually in 4-6 feet of water around Gomez Rocks at Latitude 2829.8, Longitude 8243.7. Scallop grounds are about 5-10 miles out by boat.

This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the heart of Crystal River near the springs, restaurants and the downtown area.. The home is approximately 5-10 minutes drive from King’s Bay, 3 sisters springs, Hunter springs and 30 minutes from the Gulf of America by boat. Fort Island Beach is a 10 min drive away where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend it for amazing photos!
The house is only a short walk or bicycle ride from the Crystal River State Park Reserve and the Mullet Hole fishing spot.

For the protection of our home and our guests we have security cameras around the exterior of the house. The security cameras record audio and video 24/7 around the exterior of the house.

Here are some key info for the house that sometimes gets overlooked. Please read.

** Check In is at 4pm. We do not offer an early Check in for FREE. 12 noon is the earliest we can accommodate with a fee of $150 if the calendar/housekeeping allows. If needed to get in during the morning hours we encourage guests to book an extra day.
** Pool heater is set to 84 degrees. Winter Only.
** Entire property is NO Smoking/ Vaping, (Including outdoor spaces)
** Max amount of guest is 6, max adults is 4. Child age is 0-12, anyone over 13 will be considered an adult.
**FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED at anytime within 1000 yards of the home. you will forfeit your full deposit if you or your guest violate this rule.
** No pets are allowed
