Comfortable and Quaint w/ a Hot Tub

A four bedroom home: one room has a king, another has a king, one a queen bed, one room with two twins.

The dining, living, and kitchen areas provide guests with a clean modern space for gathering.

The basement is finished. The queen bedroom is in the basement, there is a ping pong table, there is laundry down there and an extra shower/bathroom if needed. Should you need to sleep more than you are able in the five beds, you are welcome to bring an air mattress or sleeping pad. There is one Cabelas full size camping pad available.

A there is a three person all year hot tub on the back patio as well as a fire pit, gas grill and patio chairs.

The cutest little house! Molly was very accommodating to our last minute reservation. The house felt just like home with very comfortable beds. 100% recommend staying here!

Jackrabbit baseball family

7 family members stayed 4 nights as we watched our son/grandson/brother/nephew play his last college baseball games. The house was perfect for us. Convenient to campus, ball field, meals, and stores. Hot tub was hot and perfect after sitting in wind and cold at the ball games. Nice living / dining area to sit and visit. Molly, our host was helpful and responsive. All in all, a very nice visit

Excellent

We were in Brookings to visit SDSU. The location was perfect. We were able to relax. The home was very clean and organized. The beds are pretty soft but comfortable and there were many pillows to choose from. If SDSU is where our child chooses then I will definitely be a regular!

Smaller than advertized

The property was quaint and cozy. Clean, but with a slight odor of cigarettes. It advertised the capability of sleeping 10, but only has 4 beds, 2 of which are twins. Overall, adequate if you have a small group or family.

Perfect for wedding weekend!

We were in brookings for a long weekend for my sons wedding. The house is decorated so cute! The beds and furniture were very comfortable!! Was a great retreat at the end of 2 very busy days! Was only able to use the hot tub 1 night, but it was a welcomed addition!!! Neighborhood was quiet and so close to everything! We dont normally have to stay in brookings as we live an 1 1/2 away but we will gladly stay here again in needed! Thank you Molly for the accommodations!!!

Family wedding

Cute property with very comfortable beds. The location was great and would definitely stay again. We attended a family wedding. There were five adults and a one year old who stayed in the house. Enough room to have visitors over and the second bathroom in the basement was great!

Convenient for family of university student

Great to have our own space vs staying in a hotel. We (aunts/mother) stayed for a girls get together to visit niece/daughter that attends SDSU. House is close to shops, food, and the SDSU. Only recommendation to the owner is getting a pizza pan and pizza cutter (we managed without). Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay.

Clean and Comfortable

Our stay was very pleasant. We had a big snow storm and they were right there getting it shoveled out. We had plenty of room. Everything was nicely kept and clean. Our host was very attentive to any questions we had and provided what was needed promptly.

The house and amenities were great. It was comfortably eclectic, with interesting artwork and a variety of games to pass some time. Perfect place for a couple or a family!

Cute and comfy!

This is an older mid-century house with cute colorful updates and comfortable furnishings. The beds were Amazing!!! Even my picky teen mentioned how nice the twin beds were to sleep on. But the king in the master is awesome!!! Love the fluffy bath towels. Overall very clean, but keep in mind it’s an older home, and some things have more “character.” And some of the spaces are a little tight, for example the bathroom and hallway, but my 300 pound football player thought it was just cozy and adorable! Beats tripping over each other in a hotel room any day! Plus Lots of thoughtful touches like games for the kids, big screen TV with great viewing options, fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. Everything we needed to relax with our family after a JackRabbit game 💙💛💙
