Located in the southern Ardèche, 15-20 minutes walk from the picturesque village of Saint Montan, this house is ideally located for your visits both in the Drôme Provençale and in the Ardèche (15' from Montélimar, 25' from Vallon Pont d'Arc, 10' from Larnas, 1 hour from Avignon, ...). Last house of a small subdivision, on a plot of 3800m2 fully fenced and wooded, it enjoys a location guaranteeing tranquility. Located in a country setting; if chickens, sheep or goats are not your friends, avoid this house. Provençal type, it offers a large "cathedral" living room / living room and a kitchen open to +/- 60m2 as well as two covered terraces (one with a north-west facing roof and the other with a south-facing shade canvas with gas BBQ).
