Freshly renovated, our house is ideally positioned 12 minutes from Sancerre and 18 minutes from the Loire and its wild landscapes. You can enjoy the calm of the surrounding countryside and recharge your batteries in a house combining modern comfort and old charm.
The accommodation
Detached house of 90 m2 designed for 4 adults and their children comprising on the first floor: 1 large living room with fireplace (kitchen, living room, dining room), 1 bedroom of 14 m2 queen size bed, 1 bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, laundry room), 1 veranda converted into a winter garden overlooking the garden.
On the 1st floor: Room of 35 m2 including queen size bed, travel cot and sofa bed for 2 people as well as bathroom (shower, toilet, sink).
The house is surrounded by private outdoor spaces (garden and courtyard) offering sunny and shaded areas. Private parking for 2 vehicles inside the plot (25 m from the entrance of the house)
