THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)


Spend your vacation in comfort and style at Long Beach Resort. Located on the sixth floor of Tower 2, this condo has so much to offer. This tastefully decorated 750 sq ft condo is just the place for you to get away and relax. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay.

Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! The bathroom features a large walk in shower and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats four at the dining table and two at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting.

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. This condo provides free wifi access as well.

This a NON-SMOKING Condo, PETS are NOT allowed, and RENTER must be 25 years of age or older.

The condo was in a good location to get to other things to do in the area. It was exactly how it was described with an amazing view of the ocean. Very convenient to have the free beach chairs!!

Love the Free beach chairs! It was beautiful weather and scenery! However we couldn’t use the umbrella because of the wind so we got a little burnt. Too cold to swim in pools! The condo was perfect for the two of us! Would highly recommend it to couples! Truly a perfect vacation!

Great little vacation spot!

First trip to Panama City, FL

Condo was very nice and clean, very close to the beach. Condo complex was nice, pools were big, and the availability of a snack bar was great. Condo was close to many restaurants, a Walmart and gas stations.

everything and more

great location. clean room. everything you need in the kitchen. ceiling fan felt amazing on top of the AC. coffee on the porch in the mornings is amazing. great communication from the condo host, Kim's Condos. location was awesome and having pineapple willys a 5 minute walk down the beach was awesome. delicious frozen daqueries and good food. driving anywhere in PCB is awful so location was prime. can't wait to come back!

Love this location!!!

This is my 4th stay and Long Beach and at least the 3rd with Kim's Condos. Resort is always clean, well kept pools, not crowded due to resort layout, conveniently located. This particular condo was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Remodeled bathroom especially nice. Booking with Kim's Condos is always effortless.

Had a great experience staying our first time in Panama City Beach… felt very safe on this condo, as well as plenty room for my small family.. only down side of our stay was it was not cleaned properly from previous guest.. after I cleaned it was great vacation rental! Great communication with rental personal

Great condo and Kim was WONDERFUL

The condo is beautiful and in a beautiful area! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the condo was very clean. every question I had, Kim was quick to respond and very kind. We will definitely be using Kim’s Condos again!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for two of us. The furniture was comfy. The shower was updated and big. The kitchen was supplied with most things you would need. Loved the free beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again.
