4.Parties and events are not allowed in the apartment. We wish to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors and other occupants.

5.When you leave the apartment or go to sleep, please turn off all electronic devices, including the washing machine, microwave, TV, dishwasher, lights, air conditioning, fans, as well as the oven and stove buttons. Don't forget to turn off the water in the bathtub and shower, as well as the taps in the sink.
