Conveniently Located 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom in quiet neighborhood with fully fenced yard and fruit trees.


Conveniently located to to hospital, shopping, restaurants, river access/ boat and kayak launches. 2.5 miles (5 minutes) from historic downtown New Bern, 1.9 miles from Martin Marietta Park, 1.7 miles from Glenburnie Park.

Home is well appointed with granite counters, large smart tv on swivel and extendable mount, fully equipped kitchen and bar, pots, pans, coffee press, coffee maker and Keurig, juicer, toaster, pizza pans, Instapot and regular slow cooker.

Each bedroom has comfy beds with ample pillows. There is workout equipment including gym mats, light weights, and a full machine for those who don't want to miss out on a workout.

The backyard space is fully fenced with ample seating and large great grill. Please Note: Outdoor kitchen is still in progress with granite to be mounted soon. This does not affect its use. There are pear trees, pecan tree, and fig tree in the backyard.

Guest may reach me via cell phone, text email, or airbnb platform.

Neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to numerous restaurants and shopping centers.

IMPORTANT: Recycling goes into the large green bin. Regular trash can be placed into the dark green bin. Please bring trash bin to bottom of driveway along roadside Sunday night for pickup early Monday morning.
Checkout: Checkout is 11 a.m. Please empty all trashcans and trash from unit.

It was an excellent stay and convenient to the area convention center. We did need to purchase a propane tank for the patio grill, but that was the only hiccup. The beds were comfortable and it was great having both a universal gym and a massage chair. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location

We rented this property to stay at for my daughters wedding at the Maola at Riverside. This home was so convenient to the venu. The neighborhood was quite, the beds were very comfortable and we felt safe in the home. Also with all the late nights preparing for the wedding, the massage chair was an extra Wonderful benefit!!The home owner/property owner was absolutely wonderful! He answered my questions immediately and was very pleasant. We would definitely rent this home again if needed in the future.

Relaxing stay

Clean and recently renovated. Well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for 3 people. The ensuite is the room with the twin bed, which was a little surprising. Pretty well located. 3 mile bike ride to Union Point Park where the bike MS activities were located. Quiet neighborhood for the most part. Friday night we heard music from a party, but it ended early, so not much of an issue.

Pretty good, but needs a bit more

Overall it is quite functional, but there is just a lot of missing little things that you don’t realize until you are already there. Basics in bathrooms like anti-slip on tub floors, shelving to set items in tub/shower, any shampoo/conditioner/bath soap, quality of TP, or stocked with towels in front bathroom.Missing light bulbs &/or non-functioning lamps. No dishcloths or dish soap in kitchen. Only 1 spare garbage bag in kitchen for an 11 day stay. Railings for steps are only on the back deck/porch area, but there was a no light back there so not great for nighttime use. Could definitely use some bowls that are microwave safe and some decent size Tupperware or storage containers for leftovers. I bought what I needed (soap, dishcloth, TP, etc) and took it with me when I left since I paid for it. The beds were definitely comfortable in the two rooms that we used. The room with the en suite restroom has only a twin bed and a piece of awkward gym equipment in there. Only one bedroom out of the three has any sort of dresser for clothes storage. Luggage racks at a minimum would have been majorly appreciated!With some more work and thought, this could definitely be a property that is worth the price I paid, but for right now, I feel that it was overpriced for how much was missing. I will look at it again if I am coming to the area since it was conveniently located, but I will be giving an eagle eye for updates and better amenities if I do. Great potential!

Perfect house

We needed a place to stay for thanksgiving, and this house was perfect! Great space, very clean, and great access to basic kitchen needs. I would stay here again and recommend to others!

Clean house, enough room for us and amply appointed.

There were plenty of appliances for coffee, juicer, chilled water through the refrigerator door, with one bedroom with an en-suite and another shares bathroom. Plenty of backyard space with freight trains further back occasionally, but not noisy, surprisingly. The owner seems to still be making enhancements, so it will even be better over time.

Nice Stay

This newly renovated house was very nice. The only complaint we have is the couches are terrible uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great place. If it had new couches you couldn’t stay at a better place.

Great place to stay

We were visiting New Bern to attend a wedding. This house was perfect for a family of five. The location was perfect to everything you needed to get to in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here.
