Spectacular 9 Bedroom Luxury Oceanfront sleeps 40 Heated Pool* + Hot Tub*!!

Be the first to enjoy Seas the Day!! This beautiful home was finished May 2022 and opened for it's first renal June 4th!! Check out 3d video of entire house, check scroll down in the listing. Located along North Carolina's pristine coastline, Topsail Beach is nationally recognized as one of America's premier beaches and is home to Welcome to Paradise.

This amazing rental property features a whopping 9 bedroom and 9 1/2 bath floor plan that provides accommodations 40 people with elevator. Guests may choose from among the 5 Master Suites, complete with king beds, HDTV, and private baths. There are also 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each and 2 bunk rooms. ALL bedrooms have their own private bath.

The large living(32 x 22) area features plenty of seating for those big family gatherings. It also has a 75' television for those wishing to keep up with their favorite programs. In the game room (30 x 22) on the next level, football fans will go wild over the 75' large screen HDTV.


The cooks in the family will be anxious to showcase their culinary skills in the oversize kitchen outfitted with a 5 burner cook top, double oven, double refrigerators, as well as 2 microwaves. A double washer and dryer combination makes handling the laundry situation convenient for your guests.

*If you are in the mood for a midnight swim, there's a private pool open year round(can be heated $85 per day) !! You can watch the waves roll in or the sun set over the horizon on one of the large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean or in the 7 person Hot Tub($500 per rental)!! Both Heat for the pool and Hot Tub can be added to your rental after booking upon request.

We welcome the happy sounds of your children frolicking in the surf.

It is a non-smoking property, no pets. * Cama rules prohibited stairs over the dune so there is a post and robe system to help. For anyone needing stairs to the beach they can use the community walkway just a short walk from the house.

This was the most amazing location, house, everything. I can’t recommend enough. We had our wedding here, the set up went so smoothly. Beautiful pool, house right on the beach. Our only worry every day was, beach or pool.We would be lucky to come back.

We had a great stay with all of our family celebrating my grandparents 60th anniversary! We had a minor issue with the AC not cooling upstairs one day and the owner immediately addressed it and checked in on us which we really appreciated. We decided to add the pool heat when we got there and the pool was colder than expected in the summer due to cooler weather and he immediately addressed that. We are grateful for our 2 week stay!

The property is very beautiful and in a great location. You can't beat the view. Beautiful kitchen. Cleanliness and maintenance could be better. One of the showers need fixing and one of the closets had humidity problems. Other than that it was a great stay.

Nice House on Great Beach

Stayed with my extended family (20.. all ages) and had a nice time. House was large enough for our needs, and beach off the back porch was great. Not too crowded, good sized waves for swimming and boogie boarding, and great shelling. Location / island is a bit remote though; it was 30 min drive (with traffic) for grocery / food / drink runs.While host was responsive to questions, we would have appreciated a bit more detail in terms of what we needed to bring (e.g. house didn't have hairdryers, amenities for bathrooms / showers (soap, shampoo, etc.), only came with a "starter set" of trash bags and paper towels for kitchen (both of which we ran through within 1 day and had to go out and buy more), and limited kitchen supplies (coffee filters, sugar, basic spices, etc.)). All in all, nice spot to connect as a family and would stay again.

Beach lovers delight!

We loved this place, it accommodated our large family. It was clean. The bedrooms were large and roomy for porter cribs. Loved 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and Microwaves, 2 sinks, 2 pantries. Had a little trouble with the elevator, the host came to make sure it work, but it was just a misunderstanding on how it worked on our part. We rented it again for next year. Love the pool and beach front.

Thanksgiving getaway

We had an amazing stay at our Sneads Ferry Thanksgiving getaway! The house is beautiful and the views are BREATHTAKING! We even saw dolphins a few times during our stay. The home was perfect for our group of 16 adults and 16 children. There was more than enough cookware and kitchen essentials for our large group, even two of each appliance. The beds were comfortable and the there was plenty of bedding and towels. The bunk beds were each size fulls so it could fit more than one child. We had plenty of room; the kids loved it. The top floor was my favorite part of the home. It’s so spacious and gave incredible views, as did the balcony from each floor. We went in November and paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Note that although it says $85 per day on the listing, in the winter months, it’s $125 per day. Besides that small discrepancy, the process and home was amazing! Furthermore, Craig was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay. We would definitely recommend!

Family festival

There were 24 of us and we loved it. The house is great and welcoming, the elevator made getting all the groceries to the top floor very simple. It was wonderful and everyone found sharks teeth!!! Bring beach towels, none were provided. Otherwise great house, host and time.

Wonderful place for a large family gathering

We celebrated a wedding anniversary with our family of 20 in this well appointed beach home. With two Fridges, dishwashers, ovens, toasters, and an icemaker; the kitchen was well prepared for our crew. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing House

This house is fantastic for a large group and the owner was super easy to work with. Extremely clean and new. The two bunk rooms were great for kids and two living areas gave a great hangout spot for kids and adults. The pool is a smidge small for a house of this size, but great deck space. Would rent again for sure.

WONDERFUL Place to Stay

"Seas-the-Day" was a great location on North Topsail. The beach was right out from the pool deck. The kids loved going back & forth from beach to pool. Watching sunrises from the balcony was the best. It was very clean. 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor along with laundry room - 5 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The whole 4th floor was the large kitchen/living room area with a great deck. The large built-in ice maker was used all the time. Wished there were more large bowls to use for salads, etc. We needed to get more PT's & TP since they give minimal to start. There are a lot of stairs- inside and out, but has an elevator. We loved the seclusion of NTB. It was more quiet & the beach was not crowded during the week. Surf City was a good 20 min. drive but worth it. Lots of places to eat there. To Food Lion grocery was approx. 12 mins. where beer & wine was sold. ABC liquor stores are closed on Sundays. We had the best week with fantastic weather and hated to leave. We would definitely come back again.

Memorial Day 2024

We had a Memorial Day cook out and small wedding on this property & everything was absolutely perfect! The host communicated well, the property was large and had more than enough room to fit our friends and family. The pool was kept clean with a crew that came in the middle of our stay. Overall great place & would love to go again!

Perfect for Family and Thanksgiving

The property was absolutely beautiful. My family and I had an amazing time. We had never been to North Topsail and I have to say the people are so hospitable, we felt welcomed. Then, to arrive at the home, it met all our needs. The kitchen was well supplied, we cooked and ate and enjoyed each other's company. The beds felt good. 3We sat on the beautiful balcony and just enjoyed the scenery. My mom had just passed away October 13 and me and my siblings was really sad, but this home was exactly what we needed to relax, eat and we definitely laughed even in the middle of our sadness. The top floor, you just have to see it to believe it. Communications with the manager was very responsive. We only had a few issues and they were dealt with immediately. We picked the perfect place to give thanks.

The place was great. The living room offers amble space to have our church gathered together. The rooms were so comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped to cook large meals for large groups.

Fantastic view and a great house

Overall the trip was great and where the house is built it sits up higher and so the views are fantastic. Plenty of space and a very modern look. Heated pool and hot tub were great as well. However, there are some issues, I feel for a house that new there was a few things that need improvement. Some of the shower handles were breaking, carpet floors and bed sheets were stained in multiple rooms, the oven burners were not working properly and clicking the entire time in use and during a storm on our last day the windows on the third floor were leaking. For such a great house and given how new it was, I woulda preferred to see better upkeep. Could have easily been 3 starts but the location and views bump it up to 4.
