This house was cozy for our family of 11. The beds were comfortable and the location is near everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge.

Pool and hot tub were favorites. Plenty of room for our family of 13. Could have been cleaner but was overall good. Some things show heavy use. Not a walking or hiking area but close to many attractions in Severville and Gatlinberg.

Amazing view and great property manager

The view is amazing! If you want a great view, this is the place for you! Tons of room, we had a blast in the pool, the hot tub was lovely. The property manager is fantastic! Extremely responsive and helpful! The only downside was the floors would turn our socks black immediately. We quickly learned not to walk barefoot in the house.

Feeling at Home in the Smokies

My big family is from all over the U.S. and every once in a while we pick a spot somewhere and just spend time together. This property was the perfect spot for us! We woke up to mountain views, had coffee on one of the many porches, listened to the birds. There was more than enough space to spread out when we wanted to and there’s more than enough space on each floor if we all wanted to be in one place at the same time. It’s perfect for big families - the kids loved the pool, as did most of the big kids. The movie theater was a nice treat in the evenings when we wanted to relax and eat popcorn. After an afternoon of boating on Douglas Lake when the kids hadn’t had enough of the water, enjoying the pool and hot tub was a great way to wrap up another fun day. We managed a couple of outings to Pigeon Forge and were absolutely fascinated by the variety of things to do and see for everyone. Our favorite moments of the trip were in the house, though, sitting around the dinner table eating, drinking and just enjoying each other’s company. Also, the host was accessible and so kind - I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Family Get Away

My wife ,our 3 sons and their wife’s and our 3 grandchildren got away for the weekend. Weather wasn’t the best but that was okay with us. We cooked and had an early thanksgiving dinner because most of my family is in the medical field and has to work on holidays. We enjoy the theater , the game room, the indoor pool and hot tub. We had a blast. We had a great view and the host is the best! Worth every penny spent, lots of memories made on this trip.

Excellent Get Away!!!!

It was amazing better than I was expecting. We had a minor problem with the hot tub but she sent someone right over. We will most definitely be staying again. Would highly recommend this to any large family.

Great property

Great property! Our family of 14 really enjoyed our weekend. I will say the layout shown isn't correct. The main floor only has 2 King Bedrooms along with Kitchen & Dining. The Living Room is on the next level up. The house needs a good cleaning & the pool had a greenish tint to the water but our grandkids enjoyed it anyway. Parmi was very easy to deal with. We needed some towels & TV remotes so she had some brought over. Cabin is at the top of the mountain so pretty good climb going up. Oven didn't seem like it was heating properly, took awhile to bake stuff that shouldn't take that long. Was disappointed since so close to Christmas that the property was not decorated at all, not even a tree. If the cabin had a deep clean I would have given it 5 star.

Nice cabin but a lot of issues

The cabin and views were absolutely amazing. The cabin itself was great as well. But we chose this cabin and we were willing to spend the money on it because of all the extras - pool hot tub pool table and gaming system. The gaming system did not work, at all. So never got any use out of that and the kids were so bummed. The pool table kept jamming up. Then half of our group got skin and eye infections from the pool and hot tub water. One of my Family members even ended up at the hospital because the infection in his eye got so bad. Clearly the water is not regulated and checked between uses. For the amount of money we’re spent to stay two nights it was a lot of trouble coming out of it. Not worth it in the end. If all those issue could be fixed then yes it is a beautiful cabin and great location.

Hi Lacey, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you liked the cabin overall. As for the issues you mentioned with the pool and hot tub, I can absolutely assure you that we change the water out of the hot tub after each checkout and the pool is also maintained on a regular basis. There was never any mention of these issues during your stay, we would've happily had the pool/hot tub person come take care of anything you were not happy with. We have never had any issue with either the pool/hot tub from any previous guests. The only issue you did mention was with the arcade game and because it could not be fixed during your stay, we did give you a late checkout of noon as you requested the night before your checkout, at no additional cost to you. Once again, we apologize that your stay was not as you had expected. We do hope we get to host you in the future. Kind regards, Parmi Toor
