The location is ideal, as it is in the middle of many tourist routes.
Nearby are Merlin's tomb, the Fountain of Youth and the Chêne des Hindrés on one side, the Château de Compère, the Chêne Guillotin and the Brocéliande forest house on the other, and the market town of Paimpont on the other.
In the centre of Paimpont, you'll find a grocery shop, a bakery, a delicatessen, a butcher's and a tobacconist. For a supermarket, go to Plélan Le Grand.

- In Paimpont there are events all year round, the biggest being during the summer season, such as the circus festival in June, which attracts 7-8 thousand people.

- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. It is enclosed and secured by a gate. (4/5 cars). It is approximately 160 m² in size.
