Lovers of nature, wide open spaces, sandy beaches as far as the eye can see: this place is for you!
Large detached holiday home, fully enclosed and equipped, for up to 14 people. Enjoy and relax with family or friends in the countryside - between sea, fields and forests - on the magnificent Opal Coast, a stone's throw from England.
Located in a small, very quiet village, 15 minutes from the sea and the beaches: Wissant, Calais, 2 Caps site… And 10 minutes from the forest.

The house has just been renovated. New and high quality equipment is at your disposal: completely new equipped kitchen, sofa, dining room, creation of a new bathroom and a toilet upstairs, beds, dressing rooms, all the bed linen, bath linen and bedding... everything is new!
Be one of the first to enjoy it comfortably!
The house is fully equipped for your stay: brand new kitchen with everything necessary provided, beds are made and sheets are provided, in the bathroom bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer are also provided. The bedding is treated against dust mites.
All you have to do is pack your bags!
The living room is large and open, for your moments of conviviality inside. It is very bright thanks to its many windows.
On the exterior side, behind the house there is a large garden, where a football goal and a basketball hoop are available (in the basement during the winter period), a petaque pitch, a webber barbecue, deckchairs and a Nordic bath. As well as a large terrace, to enjoy meals and moments of conviviality outside. None overlooked.
A pleasant and large garden at the front of the house, with a private driveway, where you can park your car for free. A charging station for electric vehicles is at your disposal. The house is far from the side of the road.
On the ground floor: 1 entrance, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with double sink, shower, bath), 1 laundry room, 1 open room kitchen - dining room - living room, 1 staircase leading access to the garage and 1 staircase giving access to the first floor.
Upstairs: 1 spacious mezzanine with children's activity corner, 4 bedrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom (double sink + shower).
The house has 3 adult bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a baby bed (60 x 120 cm), as well as a dressing room, allowing you to store and organize all your business.
The last two bedrooms each have 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm), and also a dressing room.
In the basement: 1 games room (table football, billiards, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, shooting target, etc.), 1 technical room to store your bikes, kites, kitesurfs, paddles, etc.
Baby equipment is also available, FREE OF CHARGE: 3 high chairs, 3 60x120 cm baby beds, 1 travel cot, 1 bathtub, 2 potties, games, books.
Rest, calm and conviviality reign in the neighborhood. The street is in fact a dead end, with very little traffic, leading via a path surrounded by fields to the Abbey Wood. It's a very pleasant walk to do.
Parties are prohibited within the accommodation. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house, as well as in the basement.
Pet owners, note that we are happy to accept your four-legged friends (at no extra charge). Note that they are not allowed to climb on the sofa, armchairs or beds.
All the rooms of the house as well as its complete exteriors are available to you for your stay, except for part of the basement.
We live in the house right next door, which allows us to be available quickly if needed. We are available by message throughout the stay.
