The Space:

Step into the spacious living room, adorned with a stunning stone gas fireplace that adds warmth and charm to your mountain evenings. The room boasts an updated smart TV for those cozy nights in and ample dining seating for seven, including bar stools for casual conversations. If extra sleeping space is needed, there's a comfortable queen sleeper sofa available.



The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped for preparing delicious meals to fuel your mountain adventures. And just off the living room is a cozy bunk space, perfect for the young adventurers or extra guests.



The primary bedroom ensures luxury and comfort, featuring a king bed for a peaceful night's rest and a smart TV for added entertainment options.



But the real showstopper? The private patio overlooking the covered bridge and offering panoramic views of the sky chutes and ski slopes. It's an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the breathtaking scenery. Additionally, being a corner unit, this area offers a peaceful oasis before or after your day of adventure.



As for amenities, this property doesn't fall short. Guests have access to three of the best hot tubs in Copper, perfect for relaxation. The location is unbeatable—right at the heart of Center Village. You're mere steps away from the lifts, restaurants, shops, and all the activities Copper Mountain has to offer. If you wish to explore beyond, a free shuttle service awaits just outside your door, ready to whisk you to other village areas or neighboring resorts.

Heated garage parking for one (1) vehicle is included. A parking pass will be sent for Guests to PRINT and bring for self-check-in to to this private condo.



Overflow parking (more than 1 car) - Copper Resorts offers free daytime and paid overnight parking in their Alpine Lot.

For a daily fee, Copper Athletic Club, just minutes away, provides a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, & sauna.

Perfect family vacation location

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teens (16 & 19), and it was the perfect size and location for us. We loved the location and amenities of the place. We took advantage of the onsite laundry facilities and made use of the full-size kitchen. It was close enough to the ski area to walk there and come back for lunch if you want a break from the mountain, but also easy access to the underground parking if you want to head out for dinner, etc. Highly recommend!

Top Spot

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. We were there for 2 nights while skiing and everything worked out great. Location to the slopes was excellent. Parking convenient. The apartment accommodated the three of us easily, very handy having the bunks and the pullout couch was also very comfortable. Very short walk to the lifts (5 mins) and stores in the village. Communication from the renter was excellent. Highly recommend.

Close to slopes

Close to slopes, well stopped kitchen, great exercise room, and hot tubs. Appreciate laundry on site also. Comfortable and clean. Would return again!

Perfect location with all of the extras!

Beautiful condo with the perfect amount of space for my family of four. Upon arrival, I noticed the cleanliness, how cutely decorated it was with ample storage places. The place included throw blankets, fans, humidifier, along with all of the kitchen accessories that you would need. We felt right at home, Thank you for the comfortable stay.

Clean, well managed and great communication

The apartment is very clean. Location is great for easy access to the center village. There are 3 outdoor jacuzzis and a nice gym in the building. The fact that it is a one bedroom with a small extra room with enough space for a bunk bed is very convenient.

Cute place in a great location!

Overall, this place is a winner! Pros - clean, nicely decorated, 3 outdoor hot tubs in complex, excellent location in Center Village, 3-minute walk to lift, nice patio, comfy furniture, cozy blankets provided, loved the fireplace, owner responded immediately when I had questions. Cons - A bit small and better for younger kids than teenagers (we had two adults, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old, could have used more soap than the small amount provided,

Summer Adventure

We loved staying at Passage Point during our stay in Copper Mountain. It was a perfect location with a great balcony view. The summer activities in the village were perfect for our kids ages 7-13 y/o. The condo is close to other towns in Summit county that we took full advantage of...hiking, a visit to the gold mine, horseback riding, paddle boarding, white water rafting, zip lining...the list goes on and on!

quick ski trip to Copper

My husband and two college aged sons stayed at this condo for 3 nights in early March. Everything was fantastic! Condo was right in the village with easy access to the lifts and restaurants/shopping. The condo was exactly as pictured- nice and clean. Proactive communications with Lisa and the property mgmt company. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Off season but nice place to stay!

Nice condo in Copper Mountain area...loved that it had two bathrooms and gas fireplace on a timer!! Had everything we needed....there were just a couple small things that we would have changed but all in all nice place! Bed was comfortable and everything you need to make your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although it was pretty out in the "community" not a lot was open, however, I can just imagine how beautiful it is in the winter! Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice condo

We loved the condo. It was cute as described and clean. We stayed in the fall quiet time, which was excellent for us. Nice walking path nearby. Our favorite part were the hot tubs. The middle one was our favorite and I would go back and forth with the little pool to cool down. Spent all 3 nights in the hot tub. Even tho everything was closed in the little village, one little store was open where you could grab a few things if you needed. I hope we get to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful location

The condo was was cute,clean and a perfect size for us.. nice view and we did enjoy our time. A few updates I would request before returning,thermostat did not work and stayed on the hot side which was uncomfortable, we had a tough time with the lock box , maybe the user but we asked several people to help us and they struggle too., so not sure a bathroom door did not shut so we had to prop it shut and the ski locker did not work either ? But communication was good and it’s a nice place ? Did these things and we would definitely come back

Loved this unit!

This was a fantastic unit. There was a little hiccup at check in but the property manager was very helpful and got it taken care of fast. Fantastic location in center village. My only complaint was that I feel like the house cleaner could do a bit of a better job. There was either cat or dog fur in some odd locations. And the comforters could use a good wash. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were at Copper Mountain for a wedding so had time to spend time with other wedding guests and enjoy the area. The unit was very nice and well equipped. Also, I left a bunch of jewelry in a drawer and Lisa was so helpful and responsive in getting it back to me!

Great place for family ski trip

This condo was great for our family ski trip! The condo was clean and I really appreciated the little details, like having extra pillows, blanks, paper towels, kitchen spices, dishwasher pods, etc. It was a great location (3min walk to American Eagle and 5min walk to American Flyer). It's a second floor unit with lookout over central village. The kids loved having their own space with den bunk beds. Owners were great with communication, and responded rapidly. Would stay at this condo again.

Weekend at passage point

Clean room with great view of center village. Had an excellent time sitting on the balcony watching the activity in the village. Short walks to the lifts were convenient after a long day of skiing.

Wonderful Spring Break Getaway

Our group had a great time staying at this property. The place was very clean, spacious and perfect for our needs. The highlights were the proximity to the lifts at Center Village and the hot tubs/pools! There are 3 outdoor warm to hot pools that were great for both kids and grownups, definitely the best of the condos around! The location to both the village and bus routes was excellent. Plenty of blankets and humidifiers were a nice touch too.
