- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90cm)
- Bathroom with bath, WC, vanity unit and washing machine.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- Garden table with chairs and deckchairs. Lawn maintenance by robot mower.
- Electric gate. At the end of the garden, 1000m² of additional garden closed to the public and shared with the other apartments in the residence, featuring ducks, geese, black swans and dendrocygninae with access to a pond.

The apartment is ideally located in Plomeur, in a very pleasant environment.
It's 4.5 km from Pointe de la Torche for surfing, or from Plage du Ster in Penmarch for swimming, about 30 minutes from Quimper and 10 minutes from the port of Guilvinec. Noise from traffic in the garden.
