Adorable 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home in the heart of Prescott! Welcome to the ideal House for couples, working vacations, or families. Our House is Located only 7 blocks from the historic Whiskey Row, a short 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive or $4 dollar Uber. There is even a trail head to one of Acker Parks trail loops a stones throw away. You'll love the great proximity to all that Prescott has to offer but still appreciate the privacy of our quiet House.

Overall the place was clean. However, they leave it up to the guests to wash their dishes and the last guests did a subpar job and we had to wash everything before using.

Stayed here a few weeks ago while in town for a softball tournament. This place fit our needs perfectly. It's a quick drive into town, and to the fields. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We did have others in the other part of the house but it was not as loud as I read in other reviews (could be they were a quiet group). We'd stay here again for sure.

A Peaceful Stay Near Downtown Prescott

We stayed at this quiet unit and enjoyed our time here. The place is well equipped and very comfortable. The host thoughtfully provided everything we needed to enjoy the days. The location is great!

Very nice place to enjoy Prescott in the Pines!

We found the property a wonderful place to stay. Close to the places we chose to visit. The interior is nicely updated. A very quiet neighborhood. We plan to be back.

Loved everything about this place. Its close to Whiskey Row and my family's house. Clean and beds are so comfortable. We didn't have trouble sleeping. Lovely kitchen, we loved the coffee maker. We would stay there again.

Great stay for great price!

I stayed at this property for a little under a week. I had a great stay for a great price. Kitchen is a great size with great appliances and utensils (full fridge, oven/stove, microwave, plates/cups/silverware, etc). Living room area is very comfortable with a great setup with the TV. Beds are very comfortable with a TV in each room. Bottom line, it's a great property in a great location for a great price.

Cute little place!

This house was perfect for my little family of three while on a quick getaway to visit family. It is close to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and gave great check-in/out instructions. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Prescott!

Perfect for our needs and location

All was really good. Except for the neighbors in Suite A, who stayed up all night talking loudly. I could her it perfectly through the wall. Little sleep was had the first night. When I got up they quit talking. Thank goodness they were gone the next night. Other than than I would stay, again. Thanks again

Just right

This place was just right for what we needed. We had a soccer tournament and stayed here for the weekend. Check in was super easy! Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Perfect size. The bed was super comfortable. The living room was a nice size for us 4 to hangout out and watch movies. Would stay there again.

College drop-off

We stayed at this property for five days while dropping òur kiddo at Embry Riddle. It’s centrally located in town, there’s plenty of parking and the neighborhood is fine. The unit is just fine, nothing exceptional, it met our needs.

Comfortable

Very roomy and well laid out. Bedrooms do not share a wall so nice privacy. Well stocked kitchen and bath. The only thing I would say different from description was it wasn't that close to Whiskey Row to walk. I think you could walk it, but not after a night of bar hopping. The weather didn't cooperate the two days we were there, so we didn't even try to walk it.
