This fabulous residence overlooks Suttons Bay Harbor and is walkable to the marina and beach. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, a private master suite, an open floor plan, and a covered porch with beautiful water views. The condo is located above the iconic Bayside Gallery.

This is the perfect location for recreation, shopping, dining and so much more. Jump on a bike and enjoy the TART trail into Traverse City or visit the local wineries of Leelanau County, the Leelanau Sands Casino, or the Sleeping Bear Dunes. And with Traverse City only 20 minutes away, you have quick access to so much more. From summer events (farmers market, art fair, local musicians at local venues) to the fall with the most amazing color tours and wineries galore, you will always find something amazing to do.

This facility was wonderful. In many ways, better than described. It has a wonderful view overlooking Sutton's Bay. The sunrises were spectacular!!

Location was perfect for a weekend in Suttons Bay. So close to so many thing we love to do. Worked well for our party of six - plenty of space. We’ve rented from this host in the past and never been disappointed. Space was clean and well appointed. We’ll be back!

Great location and views. A lot of space. Primary bath was disappointing. Shower head didn't work, no shelves for soap or shampoo, no hooks for bath towels, no double sink. It's an upper unit so you need to go up a long steep stairway to get to enter.

Excellent Home Base for Exploring Leelanau County

We stayed at this property for our first-ever visit to Suttons Bay / Leelanau County, and loved it! Photos didn't do the condo justice: it's amazingly spacious, with a truly impressive master suite. Everything was wonderfully clean and comfortable.The only downside was the entry stairs: this property is on the second floor, and the staircase up to it is long and fairly steep. This was definitely not a surprise, and we knew there would be stairs -- I only mention it because at the time of our visit, I was recovering from hip surgery, and the steps proved to be quite a workout! (We'd booked the trip before I even knew I'd need surgery, and were so excited about travelling, we didn't want to cancel. Absolutely no regrets!)

Summer Kickoff

This was our second year staying at this property and we plan on coming back again! The location couldn't get any better - walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach and park. It's a short drive to Leland, Northport, and Glen Arbor for other day trips as well. The condo is spacious, clean and rather quiet for being above a business on the main street. Highly recommend!

Great location

Very cute property in a great location. Check in/ checkout very easy. Had minor issue with thermostat, but owners were very quick to respond to resolve ( it just needed reset). Everything was very clean and kitchen well stocked with utensils, pans, etc. We also used the grocery delivery service as recommended by owners and that worked out very well to have groceries already there when we arrived, as we were coming in late at night. I would definitely recommend this property. My only slight concern was the stairs, as they were very steep and there were several steps. Not really a negative, at all, just a slight concern for us as we had two family members with mobility issues. They just went slow and used the handrail, so it turned out fine. We did know that it was an upper level property, so we were expecting some stairs, but these were a little more steep than we were expecting. Overall, I highly recommend this vrbo and would stay here again.

Wedding Getaway

This was the perfect property for my family during a short weekend getaway for a family friend’s wedding! The location is perfect and it was much quieter than expected being right downtown. My kids loved being able to see the water right from the apartment and a short walk to the beach with playscape!

Loved this heart of the city spacious rental!

Nice view of the bay! Very large primary bedroom and bath! Enjoyed our coffee every morning on the large balcony. Centrally located in Suttons Bay. Newly updated and decorated. You can hear a little bit of the music from the store downstairs in the two smaller bedrooms during the day. Would highly recommend staying here. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful property!

We rented this property to accommodate the overflow of our family members who were joining us for a large family gathering. We had six cousins stay in this property. The views are amazing and overlook the marina. The master suite is simply stunning! The great room and kitchen are very spacious and well appointed. The location is perfect..above Bayside Gallery which is not to be missed! Next to Hube coffeehouse and in the heart of Sutton’s Bay. Communication with the owners was prompt. Highly recommend this beautiful property and can’t wait to stay here again!!

Short getaway

The space was very nice. Location was awesome. We had a great time while there. The only drawback was the mattress/box spring in the master bedroom which made it very uncomfortable. It had a huge dip in the left side. If they fix this it would be a 10 out of 10.

Great location & plenty of room

Came up for Yeti fest with a group of friends and couldn’t have been more please with the location and comfortable stay. It was great we could all gather around the bar for breakfast and snacking. Ease of coming in to warm up or drop off packages. Really enjoyed our stay!

Location is perfect

The master suite was Amazing. However , the other two bedrooms were not as comfy . The mattresses were not great - very loud due to the wind and the chimes at retail store below . The one bedroom was also missing a blind . The ice maker did not work (could have been user error of course ) we just bought a bag of ice at the corner store . All in all we had a blast very nice short trip with family - thank you , beautiful home

We loved our time at your property. Everything was exactly as stated and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, we experienced a blizzard while there, and didn’t get to hit many winery’s or explore Sutton’s Bay, but we were just as content to take naps, order pizza and play games in comfy clothes. Thanks for everything!
