This Jolie traditional independent house will be ideal for your holidays in an exclusive setting composed of nature and flowers. Located at the end of a charming village with for the horizon the Lys small tributary of the Dordogne, the Puy de Bort volcano and in clear weather partial view of the Cantal Mountains.
Accommodation: From the door you will discover the large living room with open kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking the beautiful flower terrace. At the same level is also a laundry room with washing machine and toilet. You will enjoy the warmth of the wood stove for winter evenings and the large flower garden of 1,280 m2 with a frog pond. The floor dedicated to the night space consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The first bedroom has a very large bed in 160x200 cm, the second double bed in 140x190cm.The last bedroom, perfect for children, has two beds in 90x190 cm.Fishing with crayfish at 80 m and herd of cows. You can park your vehicle in a garage. Bed linen, house linen and toilet provided. Wood supplied. WIFISome options are not included in the price (alternation to be foreseen).
