Relax and enjoy your vacation in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome, few minutes drive to beautiful and relaxing white sands of St.Andrews State Park, Panama City Beach Access and also close to shops and events at Pier Park and less than 5 minutes to PCB sports complex. Rick Seltzer Park is only less than 10 minutes drive when not busy. It’s also close to Zoo world, Wonderworks and Ripley’s Believe it or not. The townhouse is located in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a shared unheated community pool and a beautiful fountain.
Our home is only 6 miles to St. Andrews State Park, 3.5 miles to Rick Seltzer Park, 7.7 miles to Frank Brown Park, 7.4 miles to Pier Park, 1.5 miles to Zoo world, 2.3 miles to Wonder works and Ripley’s Believe it or Not and 1.5 miles to Panama City Beach Sports complex.
Our home is a two level house with a half-bath downstairs, master bedroom and 2 other rooms upstairs. Master bedroom has its own bathroom while the other two rooms share a full bath just outside the rooms.
Guest will enjoy playing games in our game room. Arcade games, foosball table, dart board, corn hole game, board games and it has 58 inch tv!
Concerned about the parking? Driveway can be used for parking which can accommodate up to 2 cars, more convenient or less hassle than the busy parking at condos.
Tired from going to the beach? Relax and enjoy watching movies and tv series in our living room with large screen smart Roku Tv with our subscriptions from Youtube tv,, Disney+, and Max or enjoy looking at our electric fireplace.
Do you need to cool off from the hot weather and whole day spent at the beach? Soak into the beautiful pool which you will love and enjoy especially the kids.
Do you need to wash and/or dry your swimsuits for the beach the next day? You may use our washer and dryer upstairs.
Enjoy cooking or heating your food and eat your meals in our dining table or use our barstools if you prefer.
Start your morning by drinking coffee using our Keurig coffee maker before you head out to the beach.

I love this home because of the relaxing views of the pond with fountain, access to a community pool and most of all it’s location, just mins away to the beach and several attractions, restaurants and shopping centers.
