In a beautiful quiet area, on the edge of the forest and 7 minutes from the beach! Relaxation, nature and bucolic experience!

The bedrooms, as well as the living room and dining room, are pleasant, bright, and spacious with direct access to the exterior.

The kitchen, spacious and air-conditioned, includes an big island, 4 high chairs and is fully equipped with Induction hob, Extractor, multi-function oven, Double sink, Dishwasher, Large fridge and freezer, Barista Coffee machine grain, robot, mixer,... + Plancha and BBQ. by the terrace. Is also very bright thanks to its large opening bay windows, facing the swimming pool with a direct view of the garden and the forest.

Several relaxation areas are at your disposal: 1 rear terrace with garden furniture, in front of the swimming pool, 1 high front terrace, 1 front garden with a rounded sitting area, next too a nice green grass area with a outside table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

A large main living room, composed of 2 sofas and a TV. A dining room with an extendable table for up to 12 people. In the second living room, you will find a Billiards table, board games, a TV with video games and a sofa bed.

You also have access to the room where there is a washing machine, a dryer and a fitness corner.

The master bedroom, with its private shower room, is away from the other bedrooms and allows you to relax in peace at any time of the day.
Each bedroom has a large bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a desk. Bed sheets are provided on site. As for the equipment. Wifi is accessible throughout the house and outside (via an extender on an external socket.).
And there are wall-mounted speakers in all the living areas and bedrooms, to which you can connect your own smartphone to listen to your favorite music list. A tablet is at your disposal to "manage" certain interior lighting, the TV power and to turn off the Wifi, whenever you want.

As for the surrounding area: The villa is located 5 minutes (by car) from the "AquaLandes" Water Park in Labenne, 7 minutes from the beach, 9 minutes from Capbreton, 11 min. from Hossegor.
You can also go to the beach (which is supervised every summer!) by foot (5 km.), going through the forest which is just behind the house. Or by bike, Quad, even by horseback ride,... (Rental possible during your stay.)

Also, Labenne is 15 minutes away. from Bayonne, 30 minutes from Biarritz, 40 min. from the little Rhune train and 40 min. from Spain where we advise you to go to taste the famous “Pintxos” Tapas in “San Sebastian”!

We recommend that you try a lesson of Surfing. The beaches of the South West are particularly suited to this sport. You will find Surf clubs offering individual or group lessons on all beaches. And also take the time to stroll through the lively center of Hossegor, to tour its magnificent lake and its beaches. Also other accessible lakes, such as the Etang Noir and the Etang Blanc.

And numerous restaurants for all tastes, ranging from small restaurants to starred restaurants.
