Welcome to Landéda, this charming Breton village nestled in the heart of the Pays des Abers in Finistère.
Get ready to experience the change of scenery of life by the sea, for an unforgettable stay! You will be ideally located to enjoy the Breton coast. Walks, swimming and relaxation will be on the programme! Numerous activities nearby are also offered (water sports, bicycle rentals, boat trips, lighthouse visits...).
You will undoubtedly be seduced by the dune house located in a peaceful environment, 5 minutes walk from the large Sainte Marguerite beach, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and white sand.
On the ground floor: you will appreciate the large, bright living area that leads to the kitchen, dining room and living room. A pellet stove is available for the coolest evenings (pellets provided).
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room, allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
The very welcoming living area allows you to comfortably settle in for a moment of relaxation in front of the television while admiring the lovely view of the garden.
A master suite with a large 160x200 bed and an adjoining bathroom.
A laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer will be at your disposal.
Upstairs, you will discover a study area, a bathroom (bathtub + shower) and 3 other bedrooms (1 bedroom with single beds and the other 2 bedrooms with a large 140 x 200 bed).
The furniture is new and of good quality.
Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) are PROVIDED AND INCLUDED in the cleaning fees.
The beds will be made upon your arrival.
You will receive a personalised welcome booklet presenting the functioning of the house as well as various useful information.
