Discover the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and is located on the 12th floor with lift access.
Facing Lake Annecy, it offers unbeatable views of the 14 July fireworks and the Fête du Lac.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (180x200 cm) and the second has two single beds. A sofa bed is available in the living room.
You can enjoy the terrace after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a bath and the toilet is separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including bed linen, towels and kitchen tea towels.

There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is right at the foot of the building. Bike hire is available nearby (there is a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

🅿️ Parking is available in the communal car park on a first-come, first-served basis. PLEASE NOTE: there are no private parking spaces.

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm until 9 pm.
After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
