Located in a small peaceful country hamlet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, I offer you this magnificent stone farmhouse completely renovated and fully equipped.
House of 220m² with:
On the first floor:
-Fully equipped kitchen with American refrigerator, fan oven, microwave, 5-burner gas table, dishwasher for 12 people, Tassimo coffee machine, traditional filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine.
-Open kitchen/living room with table for 12 guests, and lounge area with wood stove and 165 cm connected TV
- Games room with real slate billiards table (8 Pool and American), table football, pellet stove, 140 cm connected TV, bluetooth speaker and convertible corner sofa
- WC + urinal, washing machine and hot water tank (300L)
Upstairs:
- 5 rooms with 11 beds, two cots on request
- 3 shower rooms
- 2 toilets

The house is located on a plot of 4000 m² with unfenced trees. Pets are still allowed in a maximum of 2.

The bed linen and towel service is not included in the cost of the rental. This optional service (15€ per person) is to be paid on site upon arrival.
It includes: beds made for your arrival as well as a towel and a shower towel per person. Regarding the cleaning, the house must be made clean and tidy, that said, if you do not want to clean in order to enjoy your stay until the end, I offer a cleaning package at 150€, also to be paid on site when you arrive. Of course, this service does not exclude the fact that the house must be made tidy.
