**THE SPACE**
Inside this 3-story and 4-story home, you'll find classic log cabin architecture that enhances the cozy alpine ambiance. Each home is 6 bed/6.5 bath, giving you a total of 12 private bedroom suits! Have a seat in one of the living rooms in front of the flat-screen cable Smart TV to watch prime-time favorites.

The fully equipped kitchens are complete with top-of-the-line appliances, so be sure to grab a sous chef and cook up fresh feasts with ease. Share the meals at the indoor dining tables as you discuss the next day's Pigeon Forge activities.

With a total of 9 luxurious king bedrooms and 3 spacious queen bunk rooms, these two 4,600 square-foot cabin are sure to deliver comfortable sleeping arrangements to suit everyone's preferences!

Birdseye and Soaring Eagle are affiliated with Black Bear Ridge Resort and sit on a high elevation with maximum mountain serenity. Enjoy panoramic views from one of decks for a relaxing afternoon.

Take in the crisp pine air from one of the viewing decks before a trip to downtown Pigeon Forge. Attractions such as Dolly Parton's Stampede dinner show, SpeedZone Fun Park, and the Pigeon Forge Gem Mine are just 15 minutes away!

Cruise 10 minutes past downtown to share a thrill at the well-loved Smoky Mountain theme park, Dollywood. Family-friendly fun is also waiting at the adjacent Splash Country during summer months!

Get up close to the mountain majesty when you take a trip through Gatlinburg to Sugarlands Visitor Center in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Located just 30 minutes south are well-maintained trails for you to trek before dining at a local hotspot near the Gatlinburg Sky Lift.

Great view great place to stay

Everyone loved staying at this cabin. They were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The view at night was fantastic. I highly recommend this cabin!

Awesome time!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We just had a couple of minor issues that were very quickly resolved. We definitely would stay here again. Our view was spectacular from the front and back decks.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Both cabins were exceptionally furnished amd maintained. The pictures are exactly what you can expect. The property owner was pleasant and helpful. We hope to return again!

Spacious cabin with amazing views

The 2 cabins has lots space for large groups. Plenty of activities for all ages with pools, hot tubs, games and decks on both sides to sit, relax and enjoy the amazing views. Only minutes away from pigeon forge’s many attractions. We had a wonderful time!!!

Beautiful views

The Smoky Mountains was a central location for our family reunion. We had 31 family members ages 7months to 87. The cabins were away from the downtown area of Pigeon Forge, but close enough to enjoy all the fun it had to offer. A few miles away from many attractions and hiking. We will definitely be back. Our host Parmi was wonderful. Any problems were addressed immediately.

Family Vacation

Everything was as pictured. View from decks on either side is amazing! This was our second year using these two cabins for a large family vacation and we absolutely love it every time. Had a small issue with the hot tub in one of the cabins but it was resolved INSTANTLY when I called the hostess!! Great cabins, great hostess and we will most definately use the cabins again for our annual family vacation!!

Wonderful Smoky Mountains escape!

The cabins were wonderful and well appointed. We loved being at the top of the mountain and the views were spectacular. We would definitely come back and we recommend the cabins to any type of group with adults and kids of all ages.

Family Reunion

The two house were perfect for our family of 21 people. We have ages 4-75, and the available bedrooms on the main floor were perfect, as well as bunk rooms for the older children. The owner was very pleasant to work with concerning info on both houses in deciding if this was the place for our Reunion. The pool in each house was a true delight, and used continuously. These homes were perfect for our family’s size and interests. Everyone found a niche and came together often in the living areas. Comfort, fun, and ability to.make memories occurred during our stay!

WOW! What a time we had…

We recently stayed in the 2 side-by-side cabins (The Birds Eye View and Soaring Eagle) in Pigeon Forge over the Memorial Day weekend 2022. We had reserved these accommodations for my daughter's wedding and family reunion. We had 9 families - 23 people sharing these 2 cabins. Each cabin is 6 beds/6 1/2 baths with indoor pools, game rooms, theaters, and hot tubs. The all king bed configuration except in the rooms with queen bunk beds, turned out to be perfect for our families and 5 grandchildren. The beds were quite comfortable. The kids spent hours playing in the pools and hot tubs. After which they bounced back and forth between the cabins to play air hockey and pool. The outstanding views left us mesmerized. Whether traveling to Pigeon Forge or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, access was convenient. From start to finish, the service thruout our stay was impeccable. Whether requesting if it were possible to have an early checkin or to search for a lost favorite blanket, our request were handled quickly and efficiently. Kudos to the owner! Definitely want to stay here again!!

Mountain get away

We rents both cabins with a group of friends & family for my husbands 50th birthday weekend. Everything was perfect and exactly as listed. The rooms were spacious and clean. More than enough room to kick back and relax.

We loved this!

Our work group of 24 (9 families) really enjoyed these cabins. They were CLEAN, up-to-date, warm and the view was great! Beds were comfortable. Kitchens were well stocked. Everything was in working order. Although this is in a 'subdivision' of mountaintop cabins, you don't feel crowded by the nearby cabins. Hot tubs, pools, game rooms, theatre rooms and gathering rooms were well used and enjoyed by us. Communication from host was phenomenal. This was a great get-together for our work family! Thinking of booking again for next year!

Hubby's 50th Birthday Weekend

We had our friends and family join us at the cabin to help bring in hubby's 50th Birthday and it was great. The views were amazing , the house was clea and fully stocked and the owner was very attentive. We would rent again.

The cabins were as shown and the manager was very quick to respond to my inquiries. The view was great from either side of the cabins. The indoor pools and hot tubs were clean and well maintained. My crew enjoyed Soaring Eagle and Bird's Eye View so much we booked for our trip next year while still there. Highly recommend!!

JUST THE BEST!!!

The property was a gem inside and out!! First, just stunning view of the mountains!!! Both sides of the property. We had a big gathering of multiple families. The property have amenities for everyone! Because of Covid, and hesitated to get into crowded places downtown, we spent more time in the property, and still had a great time. We are a big group, and the place still handled our group and never felt crowded/ tight. In fact, one of our family didn’t realized until the last night, that we have a theater room! Definitely will stay here again!

Amazing rentals with unreal views

Our group loved the two rental cabins on this property. The views were amazing from both sides of the cabins. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Communication with the owner was super easy and prompt. Beds were comfortable, everything was in working order. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing views and everything we needed for a multi generational family reunion.

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect property for my husband's 75th birthday party and multi generational reunion. In the past we have had our reunions at a major hotel chain. This year for less cost we booked this beautiful property instead. Having space to gather together and also having beautiful separate bedrooms all with their own private bathroom was a true blessing . Having two good sized pools, two hot tubs and two theaters allowed the generations to have their own areas to play and relax without fighting to see what they wanted to watch and the two game rooms were a hit with everyone. It was a blessing to have everything under one roof. We could gather in the living rooms and play games together in the dining area or relax an share the quiet and the beauty of the many deck areas While at first glance it might seen a little expensive, the cost per room was less then a good hotel. The savings in having a place to have meals we could prepare ourselves saved a lot of money and we were able to spend time enjoying our time together rather than standing in line and feeling pressured for time at restaurants. My daughter is a stickler for cleanliness and the property was in stellar condition. The bedrooms are beautiful and everything is tastefully decorated. The kitchens were well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The gas grills were a blessing, too. We had plenty of space in the fridge for all our food. Working with the owner was a pure delight. She is quick to respond to any questions and super friendly and accommodating. Our total experience was a pure delight ano our memories are priceless. We
