Esta es una casa hecha a la medida que se sienta en 5 acres a lo largo del río del sur de Umpqua en el tranquilo, arbolado, montañas de la cascada. Este es un gran lugar para la natación, la caza cerca y pesca, senderismo y visitas turísticas.

La casa cuenta con un plan de piso abierto y porches cubiertos, tanto delanteros como traseros, con un patio fuera del porche trasero. El gran patio acogerá un montón de aparcamiento, incluyendo RV o remolque.

Esta propiedad es ideal para pequeñas reuniones familiares y tertulias. También es una gran ubicación central para muchas excursiones de un día. Las atracciones cercanas incluyen, South Umpqua Falls, muchas rutas de senderismo y de varios lagos, altos vírgenes solitarias, sólo accesible a pie oa caballo. This home is beautiful, well cared for, very inviting and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and lot's of extras. There are several games, puzzles, movies and even a book shelf full of a large verity of books. You will not be disappoint in this home. Almost forgot there were even fresh baked cookies when we arrived.

If only all VRBO's were run like this. Carrie has perfect reviews because the home is comfy, well appointed, clean and you'd have to be crazy not to acknowledge that she does everything to earn her reviews. We spent a lot of time swimming in the river and fishing and exploring. The teenagers were never bored!

Fabulous home overlooking the river

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights so we could access some beautiful hiking trails in the area. It’s a modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with all utensils and cookware, the beds are comfortable and the location is remote and quiet. We loved coming back after a hike and relaxing on the deck that’s right next to the river. I highly recommend this rental! If you stay here come prepared with all the food you need because it is a remote location and not near grocery stores. We loved it!

Wonderful house containing everything you could possibly need. An eagle and beavers were spotted from the back deck! We truly enjoyed our entire stay!

Hidden Paradise!

This large, relaxing house pairs great with it's large yard right along a beautiful river. There was a lot of space for our large group to stretch out and plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked, with pots and pans, for cooking and baking. The views are beautiful and the property is so peaceful, it was exactly what we all needed to recharge, away from our busy lives. We would definitely stay here again!

River House

This is such a great house! We have stayed here three times and would do it again! The location is beautiful, the house is always clean, and the owner is so easy to deal with. We always love our time here: quiet and relaxed!

Another magical experience!!

This is our second time staying on this property. And just like the first time, it has stolen our hearts. The house itself was amazing with all the amenities we needed for our off grid stay. The location of the property itself it perfect with a big open front yard and access to the river!! Being here felt like a true vacation and you can tell the owner really puts a lot of love and care into this place. We’re really grateful we had the pleasure of creating another set of life long memories here.

An Incredibly beautiful and comfortable home in a gorgeous setting

We are a family with 4 children, who visited from Canada. From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful home facing a river, we were enamoured! Communication with Carrie was excellent, and she was super helpful with information and with our questions. The home was clean, spacious, and super comfortable. Meticulous attention had been paid to every last detail (and the cookies were delicious!). We throughly enjoyed the river. Lots of beautiful hikes and swimming spots within a reasonable distance. This has unanimously been our family’s favorite vacation stay yet! Thank you so much for a rejuvenating few days at your beautiful home!

Perfect place to go for our anniversary

Absolutely amazing and beautiful. Everything was perfect for our stay. Those chocolate chip cookies were outta this world. Listening to the river all day and all night was the best background noise one could ever hope for. We spent most of our days fishing and adventuring on the river. Thank you Carrie and family for opening up your beautiful home. We will definitely be back. There’s never enough time.

Amazing, relaxing, and Beautiful

The property is breathtaking. The home was very clean. We appreciated all of the games made available for the kids and adults. The front porch was the perfect place to enjoy the morning coffee. The sound of the river, the deer in the yard every morning, ducks, geese, trees, and surroundings were all special additions to the relaxing environment. Being out of cell phone reach was a very welcome change. Watching the kids play in nature instead of "heads down" in their respective cell phone and game systems was fantastic. The same can be said of the adults too. Lots of memories were made, great conversations had, great bonds made stronger, and much laughter shared. Thank you, Noel and Christy.

Family friendly river getaway

We are a big group of friends that love this beautiful property set along the River. We enjoy how well stocked the home is and the beautiful and peaceful setting. We enjoyed some bald Eagle sightings, deer in the yard, and even the donkey neighbors. Do be aware of the very aggressive yellow jackets, almost everyone Was stung at some point!

Family Vacation

This was our 2nd year visiting. Did not disappoint. House was very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the warm weather and spending time at the river. Such a beautiful property! Hope to come back next year!
