We loved the area. It was nice and quiet. The house was very spacious. It was a great place to stay and plan to go back next year!! The only thing that we had a problem with was the code getting in the door. It was extremely long. We had to pull the phone out and read it out to the other every time. Other than that everything else was perfect!

Great Stay, But Serious Safety Concern

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and overall enjoyed our time—nice location, clean home, and well-stocked amenities. However, we had a serious issue that I feel other travelers should be aware of. There was a problem with the air conditioning during our stay. While I appreciate that the rental company took action quickly, they sent a service technician to the property without notifying us beforehand. Someone we didn’t know showed up at the door, and for a short-term rental, this is not only unexpected—it’s unsafe. Guests should always be notified before anyone comes onto the property. It’s a basic courtesy, but more importantly, it’s a matter of safety. In today’s world, having a stranger show up unannounced, especially when you’re in an unfamiliar place, can cause a lot of concern and confusion. This situation could have easily been avoided with a quick phone call or message. I hope the management company updates their protocol and makes sure to always inform guests of any scheduled visits in the future. Otherwise, the property was as advertised and our trip was enjoyable—but this incident definitely impacted how secure we felt during the stay.

A great place to stay!

We loved staying at Pelican Kiss! This was our first time renting in this area of the Gulf. The home was clean and organized. There was plenty of room for us to relax and not feel crowded or on top of one another. You do have to walk to the beach/pool, but it was not a bad walk. We were thankful for the provided beach wagon to help carry our things! We would love to stay here again in the future!

Very nice and homely place

Everything was as advertised with the house and amenities. The location felt fairly secluded and private even while being in a neighborhood. The walk to the beach was a little long, but not terrible at all, even with 2 small children. We would stay here again

Loved this place! Clean with everything you could need. My only complaint was that you could not turn the thermostat below 72 degrees, and it did get very warm in the house. I have a very hard time sleeping when I am hot, so I didn't sleep well. But other than that, it was great!

Christmas stay 2024

This was a very relaxing. All the neighbors were nice to us while we were there. Beach wasn't much for handicapped accessibility which we would have liked but still very close and easy walking distance. The boardwalks were awesome. We didn't use the pool because of temps during December but would like to come back in the summer and enjoy that amenity as well. Awesome place with awesome accommodations. Loved our stay. God bless everyone involved with this rental.

The surprise beach family vacation for my mom

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Cape San Blas! I decided last minute to surprise my mom with a family vacation, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The beach was stunning, and we spent so much time enjoying the sun and sand.The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family of four. The pool was a great addition, providing a perfect spot to relax in the afternoons. Excellent stay!

The house was cozy & so clean & nice! It was a perfect stay! The neighborhood was quiet & relaxing! The walk to the beautiful beach wasn’t bad at all! We really enjoyed our time & couldn't believe how quickly check out day came! We will definitely stay again!! This has been one of the best vacation experiences!
