Come sit on our deck and watch the sun rise over the Bay, launch your boat at the boat ramp, swim in our pool, fish from our dock on the beautiful Carrabelle river and relax. This Property is centrally located on the treasured "Forgotten Coast" Surrounded by gorgeous beaches and Islands . You can visit the Legendary Saint George Island. Take a Boat ride to Dog Island and smell the tropical flowers. Come explore many numerous nature preserves and Nature Parks. Or take a glass bottom boat Ride at beautiful Wakulla Springs. Carrabelle beach is only a mile and a half from the house. The house is beautifully decorated to make you feel at home in our living room or enjoy the relaxation of one of the two masters. Fish all day, swim and relax at night. So come meet your Host Teresa and enjoy your stay.

My family and friends had a great stay. The house was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The house is a piece of paradise. We will definitely book again and hopefully soon. Our host Teresa was amazing, friendly, and referred us to local places to eat. Our experience was a 10/10 and highly recommend.

Get place for a large group.

There were 10 of us and this place had plenty of room. We were comfortable and enjoyed our time there. The beds were really comfortable. It is very easy to get in and out of this location. Fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool was a blast!

Labor Day Weekend

This house is very large. Nice bedrooms with oversized bathrooms. Lots of closet space. The location was great in a gated community. A grocery store near by! It closes early tho!

Family Beach Fun

Wonderful vacation house! Very clean, cool decor, had everything we needed. Beds comfy. We enjoyed the pool & fishing off the dock at night. The little shops In Carrabelle have a lot of cool things at reasonable prices & the ladies were super friendly. Great places to eat! St George Island is less than 30 minutes away,awesome beaches.B

Fishing trip went south!

There were supposed to be 8 men staying at the house for three days of deep sea fishing. Mother nature said no, high winds in the gulf. Charter captains canceled the week before trip, so we could not get our money back. Two of us came down and enjoyed the house, no rain, just winds in the gulf. We had a wonderful time. Great house, and host. Only suggestions, more water pressure, replace 2nd floor master blind at deck entry, repair sliding closet door on 4th floor and repair kitchen cabinet door. I am considering renting the house for my family next year. Great location.

Lovely convenient location

We enjoyed the house and its contents. The location was ideal for us. Comments: we suggest an overall check-up. Three issues that urgently need to be addressed. 1) Priority! The lights in the lower stairway area (from Garage area to first level) do not work. 2) The garbage container does not lock scecurely. We had a visit by a young bear who overturned the barrel and spread the trash across the driveway. We cleaned up the mess. However, this same bear will certainly come back to forage for eats. The container should be thoroughly washed and the locking device repaired. 3) The cabinet door in the kitchen held together with red tape needs to be repaired.

Family trip

We've stayed in this house several times now. Always has everything we need and very convenient to downtown Carabelle. Is in nice neighborhood. Property manager is always nice to deal with. Nice size rooms and bathrooms.

Perfect fishing

We all enjoyed our stay here. We've come to this area a lot this property is by far the best place to hang out with teenagers and young children. Definitely returning again next year!!

Their were some disappointments: 1) bed on 3rd floor was awful, very uncomfortable 2) 4th floor AC didn’t work properly half of the vacation stay. Was told by the neighbor that it generally goes out often during other renters stays. Why hasn’t unit been replaced. Had to rearrange sleeping due to this which was very difficult and uncomfortable for us since that eliminated the use of 2 bedrooms 3) the pool wasn’t well maintained or cleaned and the landscaping around it was an eye sore I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others as a desirable vacation home.

Great Accommodation!

The house, neighborhood and pool were as shown on VRBO. However, I think it was all better than expected. The home is about 17 years old but is very well maintained. New flooring, spacious rooms, well stocked and furnished. Each floor has its own HVAC so all guests were comfortable. We had 6 adults and three 18 year olds and were very comfortable. The pool area is well maintained. The views of the river and marsh are stunning. The only downside is lack of water pressure but that is a county infrastructure problem, not a problem of the property. This is a great place to stay and we will do so again!

We have a fantastic time for our daughter's graduation at FSU, the perfect place for the family to come together and celebrate her success. The 75 minutes drive to Tallahassee was good, and you stayed away from the city. I fully recommend it.

Awesome trip!

I have to brag on Marilyn the property manager. We had a little complication on our trip but she facilitated everything through us and the property owner very well. After all was said and done we were happy and the property owner was happy and she was the biggest reason. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll be back next year.
