New villa in the heart of the seaside resort of Pointe du Bout.
The villa is located at the heart of the pointe du bout. Composed of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Fully equipped, this villa has a large living room and an independent kitchen. Outside, several living spaces welcome you for your breakfasts, your meals or your aperitifs.
Nearby, a multitude of activities are available to you. La Pointe du bout is the most dynamic seaside resort with its white sand beaches, its kite surf spot and the Creole village offering a varied choice of bars, restaurants and shops. From Anse Mitan beach, you can easily reach the center of Fort-de-France by shuttle boats. Golfers will have noted the presence of an 18-hole course.
Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and carry on straight
After approximately 12km, take on your right the direction TROIS-ILETS.
Carry on straight 5,3km (pay attention to the speed camera!). At the first roundabout, go straight. At the second roundabout, follow towards LE BOURG / GOLF.Cross the city center to access the next roundabout. Go straight, you are driving alongside the golf, which is located on your right.
