Villa Eros - Estudio Villa, Capacidad 2

This holiday rental is located in Le Diamant, a dynamic town in the south of Martinique. At about 1.3 km from the beach, this holiday home for two people has an ideal setting for a romantic stay. The view of the sea is omnipresent whether you are sitting next to your plundge pool or waking up in bed!

This holiday home is located on a private domain where another villa (for 6 persons) is situated. The gate is common to both properties, but it is the only thing you will share. The access to your plundge pool (3m * 3m) is private as well as your parking space. There is no vis à vis between the two rentals.

This small independent villa is entirely new (rented in November 2022). This rental has been built in a studio style with a living space entirely open plan offering a clear view of the sea. The living room consists of a kitchen area, a lounge area and a sleeping area with a queen size bed. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet completes the interior layout.

The villa is not suitable for children. Rental for people over 18 years of age only.
Maximum capacity of two adults.

Outside, you can enjoy :
- the swimming pool area (plundge pool 3m*3m), two deckchairs and an outdoor shower, all with a view
- a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Diamond Rock

- beaches of anses d'arlet at 8.7 kms (where you can swim with the turtles, paddle, dive, go to the restaurant, do PMT...)
From Aimé Césaire airport, take the N5 towards RIVIERE SALÉE for 10 kilometers then follow the D7 towards DIAMANT. Continue straight on for 7.4 km. You will pass through the town of Le Diamant.

Once you see the "So-immobilier" agency on your right and the covered market on your left, turn right onto the allée des Turquoises. Continue on this allée des Turquoises for 1 km, then turn left into the allée des Topazes: the villa is at number 39.
