SPECIAL END OF SUMMER RATES AUGUST. 75-150 OFF PER NIGHT.

Waterfront with water access off of a swim platform. A gorgeous view off of 3 waterfront decks - looking down the canal into the bay. Gorgeous sunsets. 3 Bedrooms - each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has it's own private balcony. An additional half bath on the first floor. On the second floor is a bedroom with a bunk bed - double on the bottom - single on the top. A full bath and deck are also in this bedroom. Bedroom #2 - on the second floor is a King kize bed with a full bath and a deck overlooking the canal. Bedroom #3 is on the third floor. King bed....and a small chair that converts to a bed. Foam mattress topper in closet. Ok for a small child. Full bath and a deck overlooking the canal.
2 Double Kayaks are free for Renters use.
Under the first floor deck are 2 - 2 seater kayaks. The launch pad which is directly in front of the unit makes it very easy to launch them into the water.
New in 2024 - stove which has a built in air fryer.
Towels and linens are NOT provided.

Peaceful paradise

Location was perfect. Beautiful scenery from the balconies. My son enjoyed crabbing off the dock. Spacious and gorgeous home.

Very spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. Beautiful view. Host was super responsive and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Balcony furniture was great for morning coffee, breakfast, etc. Balcony also had shade coverage for the really hot afternoons. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Perfect for our family

Perfect location! Peaceful, beautiful views and perfect accommodations! Host was beyond amazing and accommodating! Balconies on every floor with beautiful views! Worked perfectly for 2 families of 3 Everyone having their own bathrooms was also a plus! Thanks Chris!! You were amazing!

Hope to return next year!

We didn't realize it when booking, but we've stayed at this location before a few years ago and it's still every bit as wonderful as it was then! The house is clean, well-kept, and perfect for our group of two adult couples visiting for a long weekend. Chris was super responsive when we had a question, which is always nice to have from a host. The location is perfect: we had great views from the balconies on all levels, the neighborhood is quiet, and it's just down the street from a grocery store and coffee shop!

Fantastic location, amenities and value

The unit is very conventionally located. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival and very well equipped with everything one needs for a fun beach getaway. The available ocean kayaks are a huge bonus, and can be floated right out off the rear deck. It comfortably sleeps 6 with privacy for all.

Nice enjoyable stay

We loved our stay. Every thing was exactly as decribed. Easy access to home. And the host Chrstine was lovely and communicated well. What a peaceful home and surroundings. Sitting out on the deck was our favorite past time. We will be back.

I can't express how pleased we were with this space. We had the perfect amount of room for our group of 7. Each of the rooms had their own bathrooms which made getting ready to go out so easy on all of us. The Beds and the Pillows were so comfortable after walking on the boardwalk all day. The whole space was clean and decorated so nice and the view of the bay was always nice to wake up to. The Kitchen/Living space was fully stocked. It really was nice having a home away from home to come back to, we are already planning to come back later in the season!!

Happy Memories Made

This is a great property to stay at. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Great location with restaurants and grocery stores just down the street. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and have our morning coffee. The sunsets were beautiful from the little dock as well. Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us! We hope to be back to stay again!

The Perfect Place for a Beach Trip!

Recently remodeled townhouse in a great part of Ocean City. Close walk to the beach, shops, and good food/drinks. The house is very spacious and provides beautiful bayside water views from all three floors. All the bedrooms have attached bathrooms and are decorated perfectly to give you that classic beachy vibe. Had everything we needed for a family and friends trip to the beach. Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a group of six stay at this home. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge bonus. The deck with the awning was used quite a bit. The view down the canal was just enough to give you that calm from staring at water. Two thumbs up!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing!

This property is beautiful! So relaxing sitting on one of the decks watching the birds and boats and gorgeous sunsets. It was great having three full bathrooms for some privacy and the bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies so need to worry about not having anything that you need. Chris was great to work with and we would love to go back again and stay. Thanks for a relaxing time!

Birthday/holiday weekend getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this place. Great layout, beautiful decor, comfortable and very clean. We stayed here for my birthday and Fourth of July weekend and everything was perfect. Every bedroom has its own full bathroom which was great, none of us had to share a shower, we all had our own private space. Every bedroom has its own balcony, it was so relaxing to sit out there early in the morning before starting the day. A lot of really great restaurants in the area, we learned you can park at acme and take the bus down the street as traffic and parking in some areas can be tough. If we plan to return to the area we would 100% look into renting this again.

Condo and location was as described...

In town for dance competition at the convention center and with the convention center on 41st and the condo being off 94th...I wasn't sure if this would be too far away. However, it only took up to 15 minutes to get there. The condo was very clean and neat and looked exactly as it did in the pics. I did communicate with the owner a few times with questions and a call and she was very polite and responded very quickly. It also has the best view from the canal into the bay as you see in the pics. We'll definitely return.

The perfect spot for our family of four!

The description and pictures are just as described of this beautiful property, in fact, I don’t think the pictures do it justice. This was so spacious for our family, which consist of a 19-year-old girl and a 4 year old boy. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and shower, which are very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable our son loved the bunk bed, in fact he’s asking for one now that we are home! It’s a great location. The furthest restaurant we went to was about 15 minutes away at the end of the pier, the parking was easy, and all the beaches are free. We would definitely stay again when we visit Ocean City! Also, Christine is very easy to get a hold of and replies within minutes to any questions. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us!

Very beautiful home on the bay. We loved the floating dock. The home was more than we expected with a stocked kitchen and spare blankets for all rooms. Chris was fantastic to work with and very responsive! We will stay again!
