The space
This home is one of Sedona's most whimsical properties located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the base of Thunder Mountain. This 3,300 sq ft home features four bedrooms, three full baths, a large atrium with an indoor hot tub, and a beautiful multi-tiered waterfall with a large koi pond. Every room has a king-size bed. One room we like to call, ''the Harry Potter room,” has two additional queen size beds perfect for large families or ‘the kids’ room.’ It’s the little things that make the most enjoyable stay. You’ll love the pressurized vitamin C-infused showerheads in each bathroom and Alexa dot clocks, and 50”+ TVs in every room.

Living Room: Incredible views of Thunder Mountain, a 55” TV, soundbar w/subwoofer, and a gas fireplace for cold winter days.

Loft: A separate zen-like hangout space with a table and floor pillows for coloring, games, art, etc. There’s a 60” TV with 100+ video games (Luna) and a wet bar equipped with an RO System and Keurig coffee machine.

Bedrooms One (downstairs): Features a king-size bed, a 50” TV, full-length mirror Alexa dot alarm clocks, a lounge chair, and a small dresser for belongings. This room has a cool boho vibe feel.

Bedroom Two (downstairs): This room features a king-size bed, a 50” TV, full-length mirror, an Alexa dot alarm clock, a reading nook, and a small dresser for belongings. You’ll experience an urban boho feel staying in this room.

Bedroom Three (upstairs): We like to call this room “the Harry Potter room”. It has a very whimsical feel to it. It includes a king-size bed, and two queens, a 50” TV, a small dresser for belongings, and a large closet with the best hiding spot for hide and seek. This room is perfect for a large family, or the “kids room” where all the kids can stay.

Master Bedroom (upstairs): The master has a king-size bed, a 50” TV, a dresser, a large en-suite bathroom with a standup shower, and a separate soaking tub. Stair access to the atrium from the master bath so you can easily rinse off after a dip in the hot tub. You will have STUNNING views from the quaint, but spacious master bedroom balcony.

Atrium: A fan favorite! The atrium includes a wet bar, an indoor hot tub, a daybed, two lounge chairs, a 50” TV, and serene views of the backyard. (Can be closed off for a private room if someone is sleeping on the daybed.)

Outdoor Lounge Areas
Porch: Quaint seating with soothing sounds of the waterfall.
Front: Built-in gas BBQ grill and a table and chairs. The sounds of the waterfall nearby make for a truly pleasurable experience in nature.
Back: Outdoor lounge/seating area with a six person dining table.
