What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Please note: (1) parking passes is included in your reservation. You can purchase (1) additional parking pass for $50 plus tax after booking. Please contact the property manager prior to your arrival if you need more than 1 parking pass.

Family vacay

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo—everything was exactly as advertised. The beach access was perfect, and we loved how peaceful and uncrowded the area was. No issues at all; we’d happily give it an excellent rating across the board.

The condo was immaculate, the view was spectacular, and the hosts, Island Rentals could not have been better. The tram of Leanne, Holly, and Hannah responded quickly and professionally. Check in and check out were a breeze. Overall, would highly recommend this condo, and especially, Island Rentals!

Everything was great, nice clean spacious condo. Plenty of parking. Only think we did not care for is the ring door bell. Didn’t care much for the feeling of being monitored.

Nice condo but several minor issues that added up.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The lobby of the condo stays very clean and they do a good job keeping the floors dry from the pool and beach water. The pool and beach are also very nice. The condo itself is lovely to look at and has a homey feel when you walk in. Check in was also a breeze. The Property manager (PM) sent multiple template text messages and emails with information, which was great They sent us the code via email and we walked right in. Communication with the property manager was a bit of a struggle when I needed to get a hold of a real person though. I was concerned about this before check in as I sent a message when booking asking about the pack n play and never received a reply. Once we arrived, it took them about 24 hours to get a response to us regarding concerns raised. We were told their messaging system was sending out errors and that was the reason for the delay. When we checked in the condo was clean, except there were some long dark hairs in the bathroom and on some of the towels. The next day the PM offered to reclean the bathrooms for us. The dryer squeaked very loudly for our stay, except for the very last night. I’m not sure if that was luck or the small appliance repair person that the PM scheduled had been in while we were at the beach. There were other minor issues: lack of hand towels (which were later provided), not being permitted to use wash cloths on our faces if you were wearing makeup, burned out lights in one room, and lack of a few basic kitchen tools. But, again, overall it was a good experience. Just a bunch of nitpicky things added together. If the price had been lower, I don’t think we would have been disenchanted with our stay.

Lovely condo with keyless entry. Fully stocked with everything you need. Nice balcony and furniture.

Great unit in perfect location. Condo was clean and common areas were kept clean throughout our stay. Beach lounge chair service was also well attended. Quite and less crowded beach was also a plus.

Great condo

Palms 811 was very nice and very comfortable. The condo was clean, beds were good and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed for a long weekend at the beach.

The condo was nice for the price, but needs work and communication with property was poor.

Through the VRBO app there was absolutely no communication, no one answered my emails or messages... Had to find a phone number that no one answered and finally I got a text back the day before our arrival from Leanne. Then when we did check in had to find Holly's number and she did call back.. She was the first human I spoke with. The check in process is a joke.... They don't allow you to check in early even if the condo had been cleaned and ready for hours ahead of time. Most places I've been will at least allow 1-2 hour early check in. The pictures they have posted are not updated to what the condo actually looks like. Overall the condo was nice.. a few squishy spots in the floor. Still needs a little updating. they only have 1 pool and it wasn't filtering properly. The TV and satellite kept going out and needing fixed everyday. Also if your going with family and book more than 1 room... They have 2 buildings so if you book 2 rooms that both begin with the same number, lets say 8, they aren't in the same building so don't expect to see your family without having to jump between buildings... there is no description of what building your in on the description page on the app. Overall though the condo was nice for the price and we enjoyed our stay with our family.

Excellent!

The condo was excellent! Upon entry you could smell that it had been thoroughly cleaned with bleach which was a huge plus with COVID being an issue. ~the one and only bad thing (for me) was from the beginning of our trip the dryer never worked…made screeching noise and never dried a single load of clothes. Communication was superb~sent repair guy out and also sent housekeeping up with tons of extra white shower towels, hand towels and washcloths. Repairman said the dryer was fixed. However, it wasn’t. It was old~my opinion needed replaced. The back bedroom (with king bed) wasn’t as cool as rest of the condo (suggesting a portable isolating fan for that room). The bathrooms also had amazing water pressure! The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped with anything you needed to prepare a meal nice also to have a refrigerator that has an ice maker. Nice huge wrap around balcony! LOVED LOVED the parking with 24 hour security…never had an issue finding a parking spot due the fact your parking pass must be on your dash and if it’s not your getting a ticket and getting towed or “the boot”. So parking was NEVER an issue. For most of the stay only one elevator worked (two total) after dinner one night neither of them worked so climbing 8 flights of stairs wasn’t pleasant. However back up and running the next morning.
