This luxurious true ski-in/ski-out slope side residence is centrally located in the heart of Purgatory Resort. The location is ideal for the year-round enjoyment of what Durango, Purgatory Resort, and the Four Corners region have to offer. In addition, Purgatory Lodge 205 is THE ONLY ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) unit in the building thus allowing easier access for your loved ones who may need more room to get around. (Please note : NO Wheelchair Accessible Shower.)
Heated, Indoor and assigned parking is available on the ground level of this building for 1 vehicle. (50% More space for Wheelchair access)
Being a true ski-in/ski-out location, just walk out the door of this building to the ski lifts and the village.
The condo is two flight up from the check-in office and easily accessible via stairs or elevator. Just steps away are the Purgatory shops with ski/snowboard rentals, mountain bike rentals, lessons, restaurants, souvenir/apparel shops, an activity center for planning winter and summer excursions, and much more.
Guests staying at Purgatory Lodge 205 have full access to the DMC (Durango Mountain Club). Which offers a heated pool with slide (Private access to the Bear Bar), hot tub, gym, private lounge with game room and the Club restaurant/ Bar with magnificent views of the Needles Mountain one side and the slopes on the other! Also, Purgy's Pub and Restaurant is located in this building.

This south facing unit provides natural light all day and a private deck with great views of the slopes and main lift.
The deck has patio table with 4 chairs.
The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room.
This condo offers 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 2 full baths, and living room pull out sofa-bed can accommodate 6. Also, this unit has an in suite full size private washer/dryer and a private ski locker located right outside of the building by the pool.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts; this building does NOT offer air-conditioning.
