The flat is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Barneville beach less than 50 metres away.
- Many beaches in the surrounding area. 40 minutes from Sainte Mère Église (D-Day landing beaches, 80th anniversary in June 2024).
- Visit the Maison du Biscuit in Sortosville en Beaumont,
- La cité de la mer in Cherbourg, ludiver and le nez de jobourg in la Hague.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park in the courtyard of the residence (space not allocated).
