This artfully designed custom-built family home provides more than 5,500 sq ft of luxury living space on the Adirondack’s premiere lake just minutes from outdoor activities and surrounding towns. With a 70-ft lake view wraparound deck complete with screened porch and fireplace and furnished rooftop of the private two-bay boathouse, this luxury "camp" provides the ultimate lake life getaway on the peaceful southern bay of Upper Saranac Lake.

The home is furnished with top quality furniture, top grade appliances, and plush towels, blankets, and pillows, to ensure the most comfortable Adirondack experience. The on-call caretaker makes sure your visit runs smoothly from start to finish. We take the health and safety of our visitors seriously. The camp is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every rental.

Backed by 40 acres of wooded land, the property includes a rare large backyard set up for volleyball, soccer, and field activities. Just steps above the clear lake water, the house sleeps 16 people comfortably with enough room for everyone to gather and find their own quiet spaces.

GREAT ROOM With vaulted ceilings, picture windows overlooking the lake and mountains, a majestic fieldstone fireplace, and large dining table, the open floor plan is ideal for large family holidays and group gatherings.

GOURMET KITCHEN The open concept kitchen offers an industrial gas range and oven, a second convection oven, a Bosch dishwasher, an oversized Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer, two sinks, and ample counter and cupboard space (plus spare upright fridge/freezer on LL). It is fully stocked with cooking and baking utensils, All-clad pots and pans, and table settings for 14+. Small appliances include: coffeemaker, electric tea kettle, toaster, waffle iron, blender, air fryer/toaster oven and microwave. Enjoy evening views over the lake as you grill on the Weber Genesis II just steps from the kitchen and dining area.

MAIN HOUSE LL REC ROOM Sink into the plush leather sectional as you relax in the evening with a family movie in the rec room. The 55-inch flat screen television and DVD player are available for your use. Sectional sleeps two.

GARAGE REC ROOM Converted to recreation room with ping pong table, foosball table, extra-long couch, table, and chairs.

LAKE VIEW ML PRIMARY SUITE has a queen bed, bedside tables, walk-in closet, large chest of drawers, television, and full private bath with large jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. The east-facing wall is all windows with a door out onto wraparound deck.

LAKE VIEW UL KING SUITE has bedside tables, large chest of drawers, large closet, and chairs. This second-floor room has many windows looking out over the lake. Private full bathroom.

LAKE VIEW UL MIXED USE BEDROOM/OFFICE offers exquisite views of the sun rising over the lake with a queen bed, large desk and comfortable office chair. Shares a full bathroom with UL queen bedroom.

UL QUEEN BEDROOM has bedside table, plush armchair, large closet, chest of drawers, and private balcony. Shares a full bathroom with UL lake view mixed use bedroom.

LL QUEEN BEDROOM has bedside tables, walk-in closet, large chest of drawers, desk and chair, and limited lake view. Shares a bathroom.

LL KING BEDROOM has beside table, a large wooden counter for storage and door directly out to the patio/lake. Shares a bathroom.

LL BEDROOM FOR FOUR has two twin trundle beds, a walk-in closet, large chest of drawers, desk and chair, and limited lake view. Shares a bathroom.

ML LAUNDRY ROOM has washing machine, dryer, sink, ironing board, iron, counter space for folding, and all cleaning supplies.

ACTIVITIES The boathouse provides slip for your boat plus a small fishing boat with outboard motor, five kayaks, a canoe, two stand-up paddle boards, personal flotation devices of all sizes and beautiful outdoor living space for sunbathing, swimming, and fishing. Largemouth bass and pan fish bite right off this dock! In the house, enjoy high speed internet, multiple televisions, board games and equipment for outdoor activities.

LOCATED on southern tip of eight-and-half-mile-long Upper Saranac Lake, between the villages of Tupper Lake and Saranac Lake, this secluded getaway is just minutes from beautiful hikes, high peaks, the ADK Wild Center, Lake Placid, the ADK Museum. The boathouse provides lake access to the Saranac chain of lakes for days of paddling. The house is surrounded by wooded forest and looks across lake at private islands and New York State land.

Experience the most beautiful fall weekends with leaf peeping, great bike rides, cool hikes, and warm fires. Enjoy winter activities of downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, ice skating, and roaring fires. In the spring, start right up with hiking, paddling, and exploring the charming towns around the region as they prepare for high season.

We are a calm dog friendly house with a $200.00 pet fee for one dog and additional pet fees of $50.00 for each additional dog.
