And many other things! <br>The 62 m2 apartment was completely renovated and decorated in 2023<br>It includes:<br>A living room with 1 3-seater sofa and 1 armchair, TV on furniture + dining area with table and 6 armchairs<br> A fitted kitchen equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, nespresso capsule coffee machine.<br>2 bedrooms with wardrobe cupboard .... 1 with double bed 160x200 opening onto the balcony, and the second, on the garden side with 2 single beds.
