You’ll enjoy a prime location right next to cycle paths and the promenade along the sea wall leading to the famous Phare des Baleines. Private parking is available in front of the property to make getting around easier.



The Space:

La Centrale de l'Île de Ré is delighted to offer this charming house, located just 50 metres from the sea and 200 metres from the beach near the Phare de Saint-Clément-des-Baleines.



There are plenty of parking spaces available on the street directly opposite the house.



This lovely house is ideally located close to the cycle paths and the sea wall promenade, which will take you to the Phare des Baleines lighthouse within just a few minutes on foot, as well as to the beach, approximately 200 metres away.



OUTDOORS :

The house features a large garden and a sunny terrace, offering a peaceful and very pleasant setting. You can even hear the sound of the sea from the garden. There is also a patio where you can enjoy meals in the shade, in a quiet setting overlooking the beautiful garden.



The property is also easily accessible by bicycle. You can park your bikes on the grounds via an access at the back of the garden, which leads directly onto the sea wall.

Whether you are passionate about history, summer activities, food and local flavours, art or interior design, we are delighted to offer you a wonderful stay in our home.



Upon arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will provide you with a welcome guide featuring our favourite local spots, recommendations and tips to help you discover Île de Ré in the best possible conditions.

Bed and bathroom linen rental and delivery are included in July and August (and available as an optional extra outside July and August).

Key handover and an introduction to the house on arrival are included (during our opening hours).

The tourist tax is not included.



A €500 security deposit is required before check-in, either by credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer.
