This lovely house is in immediate proximity to cycle paths as well as the dyke promenade which will take you to the Whale Lighthouse in a few minutes on foot and to the beach approximately 200m away. Outside:
The Space:
La Centrale of the Island of Ré offers this house located 50m from the sea and 200m from the beach of the Lighthouse of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines.
Easy to access by car, you can park 1 vehicle in front of the property.
*Work is currently underway on the ground floor with the installation of a new kitchen.
This lovely house is in immediate proximity to cycle paths as well as the dyke promenade which will take you to the Whale Lighthouse in a few minutes on foot and to the beach approximately 200m away.
OUTSIDE:
The house has a vast garden and a very calm and pleasant sunny terrace: you can hear the sea from the garden.
Also easily accessible by bicycle, you can park your cycles on the grounds via an access at the back of the garden that leads directly to the seawall.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
A living room / dining room with a lounge area.
A fully equipped kitchen.
BEDROOM 1: 1 double bed.
1 Shower room.
1 Toilet.
ON THE FLOOR
ROOM 2: 2 single beds 90x200cm that can be pushed together to form 1 double bed 180x200cm.
