Catskills Mountaintop House w/ HOT TUB and VIEWS!
This secluded getaway sits on more than 8 acres of land without a neighbor in sight! Whether you are looking to vacation with friends and family, or a romantic escape, this is the place for you. Enjoy this 3 BD 2.5 BA home year round, including our 8 person hot tub! There are amenities galore including outdoor firepits, lounge chairs, sledding, BBQs, ping pong, board games, TV and more. This house is perfect for travelers of all types!
The home sleeps 8 - a king master suit on the main level, and a queen and double room on the lower level. All beds are memory foam; both firm and push to ensure you have the best sleep while on vacation. We provide down comforters, crisp white duvet covers and linens and comfortable pillows. All towels for bathing and spa/outdoor use are provided.
We have 2.5 bathrooms - the master suite has an ensuite with shower. The upper level also has a powder room off the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom contains a shower and bathtub.
To make your stay as perfect as it can be, we have stocked the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen appliances include a gas range for cooking, stainless steel oven and warmer, and fridge/freezer combo with ice and water maker, and dishwasher. Enjoy your morning coffee with either the nespresso machine (pods provided), or a traditional drip coffee machine.
The home features two living spaces - on the upper level sit and enjoy conversation and music with our living room off the dining room. On the lower level you will find another lounging area with large flat screen tv, ping pong table, board games, fireplace and more.
We have a grocery store and several restaurants just minutes drive from the house. We are also a short 30 minute drive from the major ski resorts in the area. In summer and fall months enjoy the local hiking trails, cider houses, breweries and wineries in the area. All located in our guidebook so be sure to check it out!
