Within walking distance to downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants in Gatlinburg, TN, Oak Square 305 keeps YOU close to all the fun! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo rental sleeps 6 and is ideal for families and friends who want to get away to the Smokies, make memories, and relax. There are even outdoor and indoor swimming pools within the Oak Square Condominiums community!

At the condo, kick back on the sofa, loveseat, and armchair together, watching entertainment on the big screen TV or chatting by a crackling fireplace*. Prepare snacks, drinks, and full meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has a fridge, stove, and microwave plus a table to sit down, eat, and play board or card games.

Breathe in the refreshing mountain air and sip coffee in the chairs while admiring the views. When you want to relax at your Gatlinburg condo rental, take a hot shower, change into your softest pajamas, and retreat to your bedroom escape. Each bedroom has a TV to keep everyone entertained and a king or queen bed for naps and sweet dreams.

As a guest of Oak Square 305, you'll have free Wi-Fi to stay connected, browse local things to do, and post trip vids and pics on social media. There's a sleeper sofa for extra guests or the kids. You can also take advantage of the elevator and flat, paved parking for 2 while on vacation.

Community pool access is provided and managed through a third party. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

*Only 1 firelog may be used at a time; firelogs are easier to light and help keep a fire burning longer. Wood logs are currently not allowed.

Great communication. The condo was cozy. Our only complaint was the showers didn’t drain. I had read in previous reviews of this issue and had hoped it had been taken care of.

Great stay as always. Convenient location and great place to stay. Had a visitor in the parking lot on the second night with a black bear meeting us. That’s a first and we have stayed several times at this location.

Check in was very easy and a welcome bag with some small supplies was a nice touch. Everything was very clean and updated nicely. The kitchen was smaller than a normal house size kitchen, but plenty big enough for a trip to Gatlinburg. Washcloths were missing and found out through messaging that was a problem at the laundry. They were able to provide them when they became available. Also was granted a late checkout, based on whether someone was coming in the day we left. Thanks Anne, all done through VRBO messaging. Location is excellent!!!! Everything functioned well.

Sooooo convenient

Lovely, well stocked condo. Really easy walk to the convention center. Somehow we missed the fact that this particular Oak Square condo did not have a balcony, and we couldn't sit out and watch the world and the bears go by. Plumbing needs repair in Master bathroom, both toilet and faucet but we were too busy to wait for a plumber, so we just made do.

Great location for events at the Convention Center - almost across the street! Easy access to all things Gatlinburg. Walkable to everything. Quiet and convenient. At little trouble with the door code at first but a quick phone call and that was solved.

Great Stay

Had a great stay with the family at this location. Close to everything that Gatlinburg had to offer. We had one small issue with the bath tub faucet, and they were super quick to respond and fix the issue. The place was clean and we had a great time. There is no parking pass for this unit and we were worried seeing all the signs around for a parking permit needed, but we made our own and placed it on our tarries mirror to look like the rest of the cars. After calling, it appears that is exactly what we were supposed to do.

Horrible place to stay.

WOULD NOT recommend ! Place was not clean. Upon arrival the rental was set at 80 ! Which we read check out instructions and it tells you to set it back to 80 when leaving. Being it was 90 outside this was ridiculous and then ur instructed to only turn it down 3 degrees per hour and that it wud freeze up if u did it any faster. Further stated if it did freeze up that it would be at our cost . So it took 4 hrs to be at a comfortable temp. As we didn’t arrive till 9 at night exhausted with a baby it was miserable until midnight . There was mold in the bathroom with king bed. The next morning woke up to find the hot water didn’t work in that same bathroom . Called them got told they would send someone in 20-45 min. 3 hrs later no one came. Called back said they couldn’t give us a time . So we told them to forget it as we didn’t wanna waste a whole day waiting on them. And made it clear we did not want them coming while we weren’t there . ( had stuff stolen b4 by maintenance , different rental) The next morning we woke to the maintenance man walking in My daughters room ! So regardless of what we said they came in. The pool was closed so we called to ask if it would be open during our stay and they told us they had nothing to do with the pool it wasn’t an amenity of their rental. It clearly states a pool on their site as an amenity . Not to mention parking spots are not meant for anything other than a small car. There’s 1 washer and dryer for entire building.

Great family weekend

My husband, parents and I had a wonderful time at the cabin! It is so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and we walked to the local restaurants for meals and fun! It was great!

This was my son and girlfriends 1st trip together. post pandemic even though we were not in the room that much. It had everything we needed. over all was clean and neat. Two things for suggestion. Blackout curtains for the living room sleeper sofa. and a small fan .

Great place with a few flaws

Had a few issues involving small matters (missing trim, water stains, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom) but nothing that would bother my stay. Great location with a great view of the ski lift. Would have no problem staying again.

Overall was enjoyable but there was no washer/dryer and the master bathroom had a water leak in the ceiling above the toliet. Also the WIFI service did not work well welll connected.

Family Vacation

Great property! We have stayed here before. We would have expected more towels and/or toilet paper considering we were staying for 6 nights this time. Overall, great location to the strip = the family could come and go as they please.

Gatlinburg mini vacay

Great location and nice property. Majority of property was clean but bathrooms (chair tali’s and floor were dirty) needed cleaning and dusting in living room., especially high cleaning fee that was charged.
