Clarity on Clear Lake is located just north of the top of Lake Joseph in beautiful Muskoka. The cottage is just 8 min from the 400 exits, 15 minutes from the restaurants and market in the Town of Rosseau, 25 minutes from Parry Sound and 30 minutes from Port Carling, the hub of the Muskoka Lakes.

PROPERTY
CLARITY ON CLEAR LAKE is situated on 200' of beautiful shoreline on Clear Lake. The main cottage features a walk-out to an upper deck with great lake views and ample seating including a long table, ideal for eating breakfast while admiring the view. From the deck, walking down the deck stairs leads you to the other areas near the water, including a fire pit and bunkie with a sauna and its deck, which includes a patio set with a couch, 2 chairs, a table, and an ottoman. Down the wood log steps brings you to the waterfront and dock with more seating. Seating at the waterfront includes 6 Muskoka chairs with an umbrella, as well as 2 loungers. At the dock, the water is 8' deep with a floating lily pad a short swim away.

The modern kitchen has been newly updated with beautiful cabinetry and 3 bar stools.

The large live-edge dining table provides the best setting for a family dinner with seating for 10-12.
GREAT ROOM
The great room features large windows showcasing the lake view and bringing in beautiful and natural light. The great room has a large sectional and two additional chairs centred behind a spectacular large fireplace.
MUSKOKA ROOM
Screened-in Muskoka Room for your evening getaway with a seating area with a couch and fire table.
LOWER LEVEL
The rec room on the lower level includes a spacious and casual area complete with a wood-burning fireplace for guests to hang out, watch movies and TV on the large sectional, or play pool or air hockey! A Foosball table is also included for those soccer fans!
