Located on the ground floor of a small, single-storey building, it includes:
- a room with 2 bunk beds;
- a second bedroom with a double bed and storage;
- a shower room with sink and a separate toilet with sink;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen;
- a lounge area to relax after a day of walking;
- a nice American dining area/bar, in extension of the kitchen with high stools;
- and a covered and furnished terrace, without vis-à-vis, overlooking the green areas of the estate

Pets are not allowed.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, Hair dryer, TV, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron, Ceramic hob, Towel rack, Refrigerator and compartment, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster and Electric Plancha for outdoor use.
Reception kits are provided to ensure you have the essentials of crockery and bathroom for your facility. A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

Take advantage of the residence's two shared SWIMMING POOLs, which will be very appreciated on fine days, to relax and sunbathe in the sun! Bodysurfers for children will also be available on the terrace to have fun on the nearby beaches and why not generate a desire to surf!

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, it is a Pierre et Vacances residence; know that the entertainment and some activities are paid by the reception that will give you the programme of these.
This accommodation is close to the ocean and in the heart of the International Golf of Moliets. The "Chênes Lièges" beach, the quietest of Moliets, is just 15 minutes walk...
The car is not necessary to enjoy a beautiful beach!
