Located on the 1st floor without elevator, the studio is quiet and includes:
- a mountain area with a sofa bed and a child's bed ;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen ;
- and a pretty balcony with table and chairs.

Nespresso coffee machine, filter, oven, refrigerator, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are provided at extra cost, and the ski room is located to the right of the mailbox as you arrive at the front of the residence, and opens with the same key as apartment number 13.

The studio is ideally located :
- in the center of the village ;
- 2 minutes from the Grands bains de monétier ;
- 2 minutes' walk from the Musée d'Art Sacré ;
- 3 minutes from the cinema, shops and restaurants;
- and an 8-minute walk from the ski slopes, but the shuttle bus also passes at the end of the street, with a stop just a 3-minute walk away;
