Good afternoon,I feel it is only appropriate to address the problems we experienced. These are legitimate concerns that future guests should be aware of. I believe the focus should be on addressing these maintenance and safety issues to improve the overall experience for future visitors. 1.The refrigerator did not cool properly. As a result, all of our refrigerated food spoiled.2.There were not enough blankets for five guests. The property only provided one comforter and a few very thin blankets, leaving everyone cold throughout the night.3.The sink in the upstairs bathroom was clogged and drained very slowly, causing water to accumulate every time it was used.4.There were not enough bath towels for all guests. I had to use the jacuzzi towels because there were no other towels available.5.The stairs leading to the rear entrance of the property have no handrails and very poor lighting. At night, they become extremely dangerous and present a serious safety hazard.6.There are two large tree trunks in the driveway behind the property. Because they are difficult to see, we accidentally drove over them, which caused one of our tires to lose air. 7. The area behind the property where the house is located is extremely dark at night. There is inadequate lighting and no clear signage indicating the proper driveway or entrance. It is nearly impossible to avoid driving over tree trunks, plants, or other obstacles because they are not visible in the darkness.
