Cozy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Cottage, right on the water!

Looking for a fun and relaxing getaway this summer? Look no more!! Bring your boat, jet ski, kayaks!! Perfect for a small family or group of friends. Home has everything you need for a cozy and restfull vacation, including your own boat dock and floating dock as well. Five minutes from The New Boondocks / Bay Pines Marina, less than 5 minutes from the Lakeside Golf Course and 15 minutes from Wind Creek State Park, Smith Mountain, Dare Power Park. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Must be 25 years or older to rent and occupy this property. Outdoor Security Cameras are used around the property for the safety of the property and our guests.

We reserve the right to enter the premises to effect repairs at any time. We will do our very best to give adequate notice to our guests.

There are no refunds given for trip interruption due acts of God such as tornado, hurricane, lightening strikes, power outage due to weather, etc.

We do not allow third-party leasing or subleasing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very tastefully decorated, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving feast, and the beds were nice and comfortable! Everything was perfect! Our hosts, Celia and Jaime, are amazing! Very responsive and accommodating, and so very nice! We would definitely return to this cozy cottage again.

What a wonderful getaway place! Lake Martin is absolutely beautiful! Our host, Jaime, was attentive & friendly. The cottage was super clean, cozy, comfortable & decorated nicely . The 3rd BR downstairs has a big screen TV.. my hubby liked that. There was another big screen TV on the main level . WiFi worked great. We loved the screened porch, the deck and especially soaking up the sun on the dock. Amenities were plentiful including a keurig coffee machine, coffee maker, cooking supplies, etc . Hiking in the State Park was enjoyable and there were lots of great restaurants close by. We are glad we celebrated our 40th anniversary here

Labor Day Weekend

The updated cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. It was very peaceful and the view was gorgeous. The owners were easy to reach and very helpful. Definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

Amazing spot on the lake

Great lakehouse with a flat yard and dock. We brought our boat and took it out every day and night. Host was a great communicator and helped with directions for boat and eating out. House and amenities were just as they said. Would 100% book again.

Hicks Family Mini Vacay

The cottage is great! So pretty! Everything was exceptionally clean! We loved everything about it! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The location is great! On the water but just a short drive by land to stores and restaurants. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.I spoke with the hosts several times and they were very easy to work with. We are already planning another trip!

Second trip!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first time two years ago! The property is in the perfect location right on the water, you never even have to leave! The house is clean, close to shopping centers, restaurants, etc. The host are super friendly and respond very quickly! This will always be one of our favorite places to stay and I will continue to book as often as I can! No complaints!

Fantastic spot

Wow. This is a great spot! We had daily activities in Auburn but it was a straight shot to get out to this gem at night (40 mins). The indoor and outdoor deck areas, the yard and the dock are all lovely. I also appreciate great appliances that work and the hosts stocking the place with everything you could need. We really loved this place and will be back. Host was friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place, great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Info and instructions for the house were clear and simple and the place was very clean and as advertised. Enjoyed swimming, throwing a football around in the backyard, sitting out on the deck and the screened in patio, and time spent inside. Highly recommend this house and host/hostess.

Graduation weekend

The perfect place to celebrate our son’s graduation. Close to Auburn University, had plenty of space to relax and share with family. Comfortable place to sleep. Great communication with the owner. It made the weekend most enjoyable.

Great cozy place

Very well worth it. Nice to relax by the water and enjoy a quiet evening after work. The renters are very easy to get along with. Neighbors are very nice and helpful. Will definitely be getting back with renters if in that area again. Thank you

Beautiful and peaceful home

This home was just as described and was more beautiful in person. Very quiet area that is great for families that want to relax. The back porch was our favorite place to sit while we watched our kids play and swim around the dock while we grilled. Plenty of room for a boat and jet ski. The hosts were great and we met one of the owners who was very nice and genuine. I would definitely book this home again and highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!
